Her pricing is very reasonable even with the added cost for animal fur - we have two German shepherds and two cats and she does a fantastic job getting rid of the fur on our rugs and couches. Maybe if someone was there, issues could have been addressed in the moment. - we both made errors in not listing what was expected in the service - though Rose said floors were mopped and vacuumed, picture shows what came up after we wiped the kitchen floor w a wet paper towel - I prepaid and felt it was taken advantage of. She decided to refund me what she decided was a fair amount. Total cost was $200 after $50 refund. 3 bed, 2.5 bath- 2000 sq ft. Not complaining just stating for others.
