It actually broke while walking to the boat and in the water. The water was 72 degrees and not bad. I stayed in the water the full time with no issues. The kids were in and out. They had hot cocoa on the boat. We saw quite a few manatee and enjoyed watching the swimming and hearing them much the sea grass underwater. It was so peaceful. We really enjoyed ourselves and the guides were great! The kids asked to do it again! I take that as a major win. They are 12 and 8 years. Lunch was yummy. The state park had great animals and we enjoyed walking around. The airboat is such a great experience and feels like no other boat. You must do this tour! Thank you Real Florida Adventures! I spent three days doing activities and went to the Kennedy Space Center, Sea Screamer & Clearwater Beach Day Trip and the Manatee Snorkelling at Crystal River. I had Ricky and Gary as my tour guides, they were friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job with delegating the trips. I was by myself for the Kennedy Space Center and Ricky was my own personal guide that day. I was pleasantly surprised they didn't cancel the trip because I was the only person so props to them on that. My favorite trip highlights included seeing the dolphins playing at Clearwater and the wild airboat ride on the Withlacoochee River and seeing some gators. Plus snorkeling with manatees. I would definitely recommend!

No flexibility - and if I was paying for this service I'd be super disappointed. It's truly better to Uber/Lyft which lets you schedule times and dates in advance. We experienced multiple drivers, each one unique in their approach. Sometimes you only need to give a name, sometimes your name and ticket QR, other times nothing because they are so late they don't care who is getting on the bus. Some spoke to us, some didn't, some played music, some hit the brakes hard and one hit the curb at the park which made us all gasp. Things to know .... * Morning pick up will likely be late, one of ours was 30+ min behind * The drivers stops by 2-3 resorts, not just yours * Pick up from parks will likely be more true to the schedule * Try not to touch things. People riding the bus were sneezing and wiping their noses, just to then touch handles and tables * Most seating is in the top of the double decker bus and the steps are intimidating * Scheduling is online as well as payment. Easy enough to enter promo codes for free rides. We used the service sometimes, other times we opted for an Uber because the offered times were horrible and would cut your day short at the park. Kevin has been my tour guide for both tours, and he is so friendly, personable and knowledgeable about beer and the local breweries here in Orlando. All of the tours start off at Broken Cauldron, located in Downtown Orlando near the Orlando City soccer stadium. I went on the Seminole County tour, and got the chance to check out four awesome breweries and learned so much about the history and culture of the brewery scene in Orlando. Hop On has partnered with the Central Florida Ale Trail, and has a variety of tours to take you to the various stops on the Ale Trail, and even provides you with a map to let you track where you've been! The tours include the Seminole County, Downtown Orlando, and Winter Park brewery tours, with special tours and special events available as well. The tours give you the option to include a beer at every stop, or you can just pay as you go. Now lets talk about the bus itself. The bus is a 14 passenger bus, which provides for a more intimate and friendly atmosphere. It is decked out with cool brewery stickers, super comfy seats, and even has a cooler in the back to store any purchases you might like to take home with you from the breweries. The tour guides take you through the evening recommending beers to try, doing beer trivia, and playing awesome music. It is a great way to meet people, play games, and have fun, all while enjoying some amazing brews. Some of this review is 100% true, what definitely happened, some other parts I am just speculating…read more I hope I'm wrong on the parts I'm speculating with, but in case I'm not, I think leaving this review may be helpful to others. We booked a Party Bus for 30+ kids a month out from Prom. The price was good and everything seemed fine. The night before the prom, we were called and told the bus had been in a bad accident (hit by a drunk driver was the claim), and may not be available, but we were quickly told we could get our money back. (That seemed an odd thing to emphasize, of course we could get our money back on payment for a service that wasn't given.) Also, we were told they had good contacts with other companies in the area and could help us find a replacement if necessary. To shorten up a long and frustrating day, it was very tough to talk with someone and to get a final word on the condition of their bus, and they did nothing to help us find another company. We did manage to put together something for the kids, but not with any help from the Party Bus. A number of the other companies we called told us the likely true story was that they had found someone else they could rent the bus to for a higher price than we paid, so they canceled on us. This is my biggest speculation in this review, and I hope it's not true, but it would line up with our experience. I asked the Party Bus for a number of the police report from the accident, and they told me they weren't sure if a police report had been filed. We did eventually get our money back, but it took two weeks and us filing a dispute with our credit card company. During this time, the Party Bus told us our charge had been credited, but our credit card company told me they didn't have anything on their end and I should dispute the charges. I don't know what really happened here, but after our experience I wasn't inclined to believe much of what they said. We have had excellent experiences with other transportation companies in town, but this experience was horrible!
