Some of this review is 100% true, what definitely happened, some other parts I am just speculating…read more I hope I'm wrong on the parts I'm speculating with, but in case I'm not, I think leaving this review may be helpful to others. We booked a Party Bus for 30+ kids a month out from Prom. The price was good and everything seemed fine. The night before the prom, we were called and told the bus had been in a bad accident (hit by a drunk driver was the claim), and may not be available, but we were quickly told we could get our money back. (That seemed an odd thing to emphasize, of course we could get our money back on payment for a service that wasn't given.) Also, we were told they had good contacts with other companies in the area and could help us find a replacement if necessary. To shorten up a long and frustrating day, it was very tough to talk with someone and to get a final word on the condition of their bus, and they did nothing to help us find another company. We did manage to put together something for the kids, but not with any help from the Party Bus. A number of the other companies we called told us the likely true story was that they had found someone else they could rent the bus to for a higher price than we paid, so they canceled on us. This is my biggest speculation in this review, and I hope it's not true, but it would line up with our experience. I asked the Party Bus for a number of the police report from the accident, and they told me they weren't sure if a police report had been filed. We did eventually get our money back, but it took two weeks and us filing a dispute with our credit card company. During this time, the Party Bus told us our charge had been credited, but our credit card company told me they didn't have anything on their end and I should dispute the charges. I don't know what really happened here, but after our experience I wasn't inclined to believe much of what they said. We have had excellent experiences with other transportation companies in town, but this experience was horrible!

The bus was advertised as a 20 passenger bus however it only fits 8-10 comfortably. 2. The bus is really narrow so there's no walking room or space to dance or move around. The purpose of a party bus is to party on the bus and no one could move. 3. It leaked. Four of my guest who sat in the back had to use a towel... provided by him because he knew about the leak to wipe the drops as the water gathered from the ac or the ceiling. 4. We felt each and every bump! It was a shaky 2 hour ride to Tampa! It's seem to be a older bus the ride was long and uncomfortable . Aside from launching riders into the air as speed bumps were met as a personal challenge at excessive speeds, in a limo that probably should have been retired years ago. "Steve" seemed pretty upset when we declined to ride with him the next night asking why. My wife kindly stated "because you drive like you're qualifying". All week the proceedure after race was stand in the pickup line, first come, first served. After the 500, "Steve" was now manning the pickup line with a clipboard in hand. After 30 minutes, another person in line asked if we had put our name on the "list". Come to find out, today we were making a list to load the shuttles. We didn't have a problem with any other driver during the week, only "Steve". If I could give zero stars, I would.
