It was our son's first birthday, so there were several children and it would take longer to wrap everything up. We decided to give them one more chance and we rented this space for a friend's baby shower. Upon arrival the room was open We had access to the kitchen and no one bothered us the entire time. All the tables were set up and and everything was clean and laid out. I would definitely rent with them again.

Estimating, I'd say there's only parking for maybe 70-80 cars (don't quote me on that), before you have to resort to the street. Less known is a lot that's not adjacent, but to the north west of where the main building is (accessible from E. Lake Mary Avenue). If you're expecting a crowd, be sure that everyone is aware of that little lot that holds another 20 cars.

For example they are selling luggage bags with torn zippers ($6-$14) and worn clothing for $6 each, crazy. We did purchase some good quality clothing here, but once again, much higher than you would pay at a Goodwill. The items that interested me most were some of the furniture sets, which were "like-new" and "good" being sold at a great price, and the motorcycle jackets, which sold for less than half of what I would pay at Cycle Gear ($50 verses $110+). The staff were super friendly, and the store is organized. One major issue is that both restrooms were out of order. All-n-all this is an ok place to shop especially if you starting in a new home, need some furniture or other household items. As for the clothing, I would save my money for Ross or Goodwill.

This location is behind a hotel which makes it a great spot to hold a wedding or any large event that might have alot of out of town guests, that way everyone can stay in the hotel right next to it. I drove here in the evening and was easily able to locate the venue and it had plenty of parking in the back right at the venue. Once entering the building is beautiful. The lovely hard wood floors were eye-catching. During the event, I wondered around the property and got to see into many rooms and even the upstairs. The manor is setup great for a wedding with rooms to get ready in. There is a decent size bar in the center of the first floor. The main ballroom was where everyone was seated. The large chandelier is stunning. There was a large wrap around porch which is where the food was located for this event and made it a nice flow to walk around. There was plenty of bathrooms and easily found right outside of the ballroom. The food provided by Dubsdread was good and a decent variations of options. Everything was kept hot. We had a lovely time here for the event.
