This is the bus service our resort offers as included, complimentary transportation, but it wasn't as convenient as we'd expected. You'll figure this out once we get the information sheet, scan the code and see the departure and pick up times. Immediate bummer. No flexibility - and if I was paying for this service I'd be super disappointed. It's truly better to Uber/Lyft which lets you schedule times and dates in advance. We experienced multiple drivers, each one unique in their approach. Sometimes you only need to give a name, sometimes your name and ticket QR, other times nothing because they are so late they don't care who is getting on the bus. Some spoke to us, some didn't, some played music, some hit the brakes hard and one hit the curb at the park which made us all gasp. Things to know .... * Morning pick up will likely be late, one of ours was 30+ min behind * The drivers stops by 2-3 resorts, not just yours * Pick up from parks will likely be more true to the schedule * Try not to touch things. People riding the bus were sneezing and wiping their noses, just to then touch handles and tables * Most seating is in the top of the double decker bus and the steps are intimidating * Scheduling is online as well as payment. Easy enough to enter promo codes for free rides. We used the service sometimes, other times we opted for an Uber because the offered times were horrible and would cut your day short at the park. Choose wisely - and if it's not free, budget for ride share. read more

Trash just trust me and all the other reviews. Late, bus drivers deny servicing you if you're not on their route but have a fabulous bus ticket. Routes to park are inconsistent. Information online about times does not match with what employees verbally communicate and both differ from reality. Do NOT stay at a hotel if you'll rely on this company for transportation. Pay the extra 20-40$ a night for a different hotel and save yourself the hassle. read more

We were given early park entry to Hollywood Studios as part of our hotel stay and given instructions by the hotel on how to register for a slot. The bus arrived over 10 minutes late and then made another stop and sat while the driver gave a speech with the same information as was provided in the email before handing out a business card to each customer asking for a 5-star review. Needless to say, we missed our early entry when the bus took over 30 minutes to travel 6 miles between the delays, speech, and route. I would never recommend this service (even though it's free) unless you truly have no other option or if you have no time sensitive plans. read more

Fabulous Buses - Bus Tours Near Me - Orlando, Florida

Overall my experiences with Fabulous Buses were good but be advised that it will take so much longer to get to the parks. Late night or between pickup times, just take the Disney Transport bus to Disney Springs from your park as it will be a lot quicker. On the last day of my trip, I visited Epcot and clarified the last time for the bus from that park was 10:10 with the driver. It was past 10:30 and no bus had come to get us. To be clear, I had been waiting there since 9:30. Every time we checked to see if a bus could take us, they were like the next one can and then they couldn't. We were some of the last people at the bus stations at almost 11PM, which is a major safety issue. If you are able just take the Disney Springs bus if you are staying in that area. read more

Carter was AMAZING! The bus arrived to our hotel exactly at the scheduled time. Carter give solid advice on how to navigate Magic Kingdom. The bus went directly from hotel to the Disney monorail. He even advised which lanes to join for faster entry. He reminded us the return times and that we need to know our hotel name as the evening shift would not be able to assist. I waited at the Disney world park for 20 minutes with my children and the bus driver pulled off immediately after stopping while we were walking to the bus. we called the phone number 407-885-1252 twice and there's no answer or voicemail option. I sent an email and im still sitting outside in the heat with my children waiting. Disgusting service. read more

On October 18th 2025, I rented a Charter Bus from Fabulous Buses through CharterUp to take a group of friends from Melbourne Beach to Orlando for a college football game. During the reservation process I made it very clear multiple times that the bus absolutely had to be wheelchair accessible to support my friend who suffers from ALS. When the bus showed up the driver was not aware that we needed to use the wheelchair access door. When he tried to open the access door he was unfamiliar with the operations and was not able to get it to open. He called back for maintenance support was still not able to get it to open. Now I have 30 people on the bus, and my wheelchair friend and his family are unable to get onboard. They ended up not being able to go on the trip. This was incredibly humiliating for me, and I can't imagine how it made my friend and his family feel. As well as he and his family could then not participate in the event. The bus driver did everything he could do and I know he felt bad. But this was just completely unacceptable. But what makes this all worse is that fact that I have now called at least 10 times (407-885-1252) and sent multiple emails (sales@fabulousbuses.com) and they will not even talk to me about the issue. I spoke once to a person named Sebastian and he said he needed time to review. But after 5 more weeks of calls and emails he will not respond. There are many options for charter buses in the Orlando area, given the way Fabulous Buses and Tours have responded to this issue, I would strongly recommend that you select another service. read more

We rode with Rodney on 12/23/25. He has a great personality and is friendly and respectful of his passengers. He made the short trip very enjoyable. We were just a few seconds short and missed the bus pick up that day, but when Rodney turned the bus around, he recognized us and came back to pick us up. Otherwise, we would have waited another hour. We feel that he was empathetic to the situation and used his best judgement to our benefit. This bus service is used by holiday inn disney springs, renaissance, wynndam & doubletree. Over 4 days only 2 drivers had great personalities. The others were rude, acted like the didn't want to be at work. This was our 1st experience so asking where to meet for pick up he was rude and when they came to pick us up from the park they just sat in the spot. They never got off the bus to see if anyone at the bus stop was looking for the bus to the following hotels. The bus only comes once an hour. Make sure u are in place on time bc they do not give any cushion time. They will leave. U will be waiting forever till the next one. More busses are needed to come ever 15- 30mins. Being around so many tourist your experience with the drivers is critical so please thoroughly interview the drivers before hiring read more

The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress hotel offered a daily complimentary Fabulous bus service to Disney's transportation centers, Disney Springs and other Disney resort areas, which my family utilized two round trips during our stay. I first reserved seven seats on the 8:30 am bus to the Disney World Resort transportation center. We also reserved eight seats on a bus to Disney Springs transportation center for our dinner at the Terralina Crafted Italian restaurant. All the buses had lots of space for our two strollers and family members. The Fabulous bus service was very timely and effective for my family with three preschoolers. The bus and the driver arrived at the appointed times both times to return us to the Hyatt hotel. Both trips were pleasant. All drivers drove safely. The buses were in good shape. I recommend Hyatt's Fabulous bus service. read more

I got to the bus stop at Magic Kingdom on 7/30/25 @11:00pm maybe 1 - minutes after. Its pouring storming raining and Im with my 7 year old. Bus doesn't come until midnight. When the bus finally comes I ask the driver about where the bus was for the 11pm pick up and he tells me he was there and it was him that was the driver. Then I ask well what time.did you leave and he tells me at 11:01. Are you kidding me? In the pouring rain there is no grace period of 5-7min in the rain and ay that time of.night or is traffic so bad it will throw off the schedule. The service is fine if you do not use a scooter. The shuttle driver broke one of our scooters on the way to the park, so we had to rent another scooter at the park for another $100. I contacted Fabulous buses right away and was told to submit several documents. After numerous phone calls and sending duplicate documents, three weeks later I was told that they are not liable for any damages. Sandy told me that she didn't know that because she is new. This is why I was told to jump through unnecessary hops. What a waste of time. read more

My family and I were never picked up at Animal Kingdom after the park closed. The bus driver that dropped us off in the morning (who wasn't very friendly) confirmed that the bus would do its last pick up 90 minutes after park closing. The park closed at 6pm and my family and I were walking through the parking lot in clear view of the pick up location at 7:25 pm (where we were dropped off at in the morning) and we made it to the pick up spot at 7:28 and waited until 7:41pm before we called our hotel and they were told that the bus was there at 7:30pm. When asked if they went to another area we were told they were at the normal spot. I find it impossible for us to be there and see no bus, but they said they were there. We ended up having to call a Lyft. is my rating based on this experience, which is unfortunate because the day before we had an excellent experience with an afternoon driver. read more

This bus service took us from our Disney Springs hotel to the Disney parks. We loved the bus drivers and although the bus system was a tad hard to get used to, it worked great. Hi. First of all, I had great service on a really clean bus. Great drivers. Why'd they get 3 stars? The bus was freezing. We left the Hilton Palace for the Magic Kingdom. It was 45 degrees outside. It was 45 degrees in the bus. We all asked the driver for heat and were told it didn't work. We were astounded. They need the heater working to earn 5 stars. read more

We were pleased with this service that the hotel offered at no additional cost. The buses were clean and cool and ran very close to their schedule. The pickup time after a park closes was a bit confusing but it all worked out. Make sure to understand the schedule. If I had to pay, i would have used a cab. Free was good! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! We had gone to Animal Kingdom on 03/08/2025 from Wyndham Disney Springs. The bus ride to the park was fine - it was the bus ride back, or shall I say the lack thereof was non-existent. We were provided with a paper brochure with the bus schedule and a discount code for being a guest at the resort. It also had a QR code to book a bus. We wanted to return on the 6:30pm bus and were standing at the little covered area near the numbered bus spaces we were told to be at. As it was getting closer to the pickup time, we went near the walkway at the actual numbered space. A bus did arrive and parked in a random space (not the ones that were listed on the brochure). My husband immediately walked up to the bus from where we were - not more than 30 feet if that - to ask if this was the correct bus. My husband got within 5 feet of the bus and it took off. Huh? What kind of service was that??!! It was unacceptable! I called the phone number of the bus service and after I explained the situation, she stated she would get a supervisor to call me. When a supervisor DID call me she was very condescending and told me that the GPS confirmed the driver was there for 2 minutes. Um, no Ma'am he was NOT!!!! I wish I was recording, but unfortunately I was not. I don't know where the bus was parked for two minutes but it certainly wasn't where it was supposed to be. I tried to argue but she swore her GPS was correct and there was no arguing with her. I thanked her for NOT HELPING ME and told her I was just going to call an UBER. So, I got to pay $30 for a ride that should have been complimentary. As a supervisor, she should have better customer service training than she obviously had! NEVER, NEVER AGAIN!!!! read more

Our hotel had this company to shuttle us to the Disney parks. The experience was fantastic and very easy to book using a QR code. The drivers were very professional and had fun facts about Orlando and the parks. I would highly recommend taking advantage of these rides.
