Overall it was okay. A lot of the pieces in the room were very old and hard to read, or just didn't work. There also wasn't a lot of puzzle like you traditionally think of an escape room, it was mostly just making bold assumptions, there wasn't really a connection to things. I would recommend going to another escape room read more

I did the Hangover escape room with some friends for a bridal shower I threw last weekend. It a super small location with a tiny parking lot that I was almost you sure my group would fit in. Luckily we were carpooling! The staff was friendly & we had a great time. And though I was unsure the game would take an hour, we went down to the absolute last second! The room was super challenging so their ability to give clues through the TV was super helpful. There were having some kind of audio problems which requires us yelling something since they couldn't hear us in the room. I think this also led to just a small bit of confusion on the clues we needed when giving us hints, but all in all it was a fun time and I know my friends want to return! read more

Went in on a couple weeks ago - it was at night. The host didn't seem super friendly, he actually seemed pretty bothered by me and my friend coming in on time. Very curt and rude I honestly wouldn't recommend it. read more

Was an amazing time ! Definitely glad I came here for my first escape room! My husband and brother went and told us we had to go so we did the next day and brought a group! Staff is very animated and makes the experience 10xs better! It's a lot of fun will deff go ago! If you are wondering if you should go ...well just book them tickets it's worth it! read more

Went with a 77, 8, 30 and 56 year old peeps. Staff was friendly, purchasing tickets online was easy (price was right) and waiver form simple. But the cowboy room was challenging. We did not make it all the way to finding the gold but was a whole bunch of fun for all. We will definitely return! read more

The guy running it was rude , not sure if that's part of the show or what, from the very begging

We did the cowboy escape room and it was super challenging! We didn't escape! Lol! I want to go back just so I can try it again to escape. I love the challenge. read more

Fun with the family for my dad's birthday! We all had to work together to solve a mystery that was pretty hard and got our brains working! Can't wait to go back read more

Escape Room @Grant - Escape Games Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

I've played all three games here and had the same game master twice. It's the game master that can make or break the experience. When we arrived he didn't even allow us time to use the rest room before starting the clock on the game. He made up prove that we had signed the waiver by showing him our phones. He seemed annoyed with our very presence and would come in the room randomly very annoyed to either scold us for doing something wrong or open a drawer we had missed. I really think this guy doesn't like people because I had the same experience with him when playing The Hangover. Games are fun - but I don't believe I'll be back again because I don't pay good money to be treated like a moron or inconvenience. read more

bad experience. there are much better escape rooms to go to in town. we sat in a room for 20 minutes with the correct answer but couldn't move forward because the lock wouldn't work. then after 20 minutes we were told we needed to "reset" the lock by pressing up on it, which we were not told about prior to entering the room. also, we'd ask for hints and we'd get hints for puzzles that we already solved. the escape room itself is worn down and some of the information on clues is rubbed off. the host wasn't super friendly and it seemed like they wanted us out of there as soon as possible. read more

We had a great time! The cowboy mafia room was tough but we did it! We highly recommend it!

This place was so fun! The online reservation system was easy and quick. We booked last minute and they were able to take us. We did Cowboy Mafia. Staff is friendly and very personable. We left ready to book our next escape! Thank you for a great time!! read more

I reserved the game room 221B for seven of my family members. It was for my sister and nephews birthday. When everyone got back to my house after the escape room they only had good things to say about it. They thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Everyone was able to participate, and although this room is considered a difficult one, they all felt like it was fun and challenging. I stayed with my little grandson while everyone else did the escape room, so I am looking forward to doing one of them in the future. Like I said, everyone loved it, and definitely will do it again. They did finish the escaper too, by the way, with only seconds to spare! read more

It was fun but I would definitely recommend the breaking point more than this. The person running it was very unorganized, going back and forth to run different parties and it took time away from when we asked for a clue. The clues were unclear most of the time and I get that there are no phones allowed but jeez the person was very hostile towards me when I brought my phone out to check the time. It was fun but only because my friends made it fun. They agree breaking point is very nice even though they only have one room right now I'm hoping they add more because the people there were very sweet read more

Room was good and the puzzles were fun but 40 minutes in we opened the final box ending the game but skipping 3 puzzles because they accidentally forgot to lock one of the drawers that had the final clue. Missed out on almost half of the experience and all the puzzle master of the room could say was "oops, I must have forgotten to lock that drawer, sorry, see you next time". The whole experience was incomplete and ruined and there was no action taken to make it right. Very frustrating to spend over $120 for 40 minutes and not even get the experience we paid for. Very unprofessional, go to a more established business. Bummer because we do escape rooms often. read more

Super fun! Challenging but solve-able! Would definitely recommend and would love to try another of their rooms.

Well organized and a lot of fun. Only one gripe when we went there was only one employee so when we needed a clue we had to wait for the next clue because that employee was busy getting the other party set up so those were wasted minutes we could used. read more

I would to a find the difficulty listed for each escape offered!!! Maybe it was listed on the website but I did not see it!!! It was a little difficult to try and solve with two grandparents and and two grandchildren ages 7 and 10! I think extra time should be given based on how far you're able to get in the hour allotted, like you were 60 percent done then you be given an extra 15 minutes!!! Also there was supposed to be videos on the website to give some insight of what to expect but I could never find them!!! Overall fun experience but a little pricey considering the age of our grandchildren, 7 and 10 should be a little cheaper than the adult price!!! read more

Whole process was easy and fun! Staff was polite and helpful and puzzles were creative

Great time in the escape room. We tried but failed with 3 people on Cowboy Mafia even though we have done multiple escape rooms in the past. Was excellent challenge for the price. Would recommend. read more

My husband and I went here for a date night on Halloween and did the wild west room! It was a blast and the game master Alex was so fun, and helpful when we desperately needed it LOL!!! Even with hints we didn't escape but we had a great time despite that! read more

This was the least favorite escape room we've ever been to...there was no flow to it and we couldnt even figure out where to start. The guy had to help us repeatedly. We may not always 'escape' but we usually have a great time and can see where we went wrong. This just didnt make any sense. locks were upside down so even when we were correct it didnt work etc... read more

Conner, fuck yeah you killed it. Thanks for not banning us. Take good care of kevin. Luv u guys

Rude staff, clue equipment that doesn't work, paced clues all wrong. Bad experience and I'll never go back.

Our group of five found the gold with a minute to spare! This escape room was cleverly designed and well built, and we found the puzzles fun and challenging. We are ready to come back and try another one, would recommend Escape room @ Grant read more
