This is a great escape room. Would come back when the next rooms are open. The staff is super friendly. Great price and a awesome experiences

Family aged 20-76

My family loved our first experience in an escape room. Our tour guide:) gave us all the information we nee to have a great time. Each room has lots of puzzles to solve before a door opens to a new room. There are 2 more rooms being built and we will definitely be back when they are open. I can guarantee our friends will hear all about it. A great ending is having our pictures taken with Alice props. Love Love Loved it.

So much fun, very well thought out. The owner was awesome, very accommodating, and obviously takes great pride in his business. We will be back for future games.

We played Alice in wonderland and my kids loved it. The personal touch with the clues on the paper planes was fun.

This was my second escape room and it was amazing!…read more We arrived early and checked out The Basement where they had tons of cushioned seating, snacks and a selection of Regular and Adult Beverages. Canned but decently priced! When you arrive you can check in for the escape rooms in The Basement, arrive about 10-15 mins early so you can make sure your waiver is signed and you get the overview and rules of the room. We had a group of 5 and did the Who Dennis room! Being my second room I do not have a ton of experience but for the price compared to the last room was no comparison. Way better! The size, layering of puzzles, and help when we needed it was great. We had a fun time and at no point with 5 people did we run out of anything to have to do. We didn't solve the puzzle but was extremely close! We were even offered 20% off if we wanted to come back and try to solve again. I'm hooked and need to go back and try and solve it again. They also had 3 other rooms available, and if they were any sort of the quality of the Who dunnit I am sure they will be great!

It was our first time coming to Quest Factors in general, and they made a great impression I'll go into below: Ended up doing the National Treasure room a 5/5 difficulty! Our game master Michael was very enthusiastic and gave great hints/ guidance. He's been with this establishment for a while and you can really tell he loves what he does! He definitely made our experience 100x better, conversing with us about the puzzles afterwards as well as open to suggestions on how to make the place better ( which honestly couldn't get better than it already is!). The waiting room is nice and clean with a drink station with tea and water, and easy access complimentary lockers for your belongings ( not required to use- we all opted to bring our purses and bags into the escape room ). As for the room itself, I thought the room was well themed and cohesive, they have added music cues when you complete some of the bigger puzzles which we were really digging! Nice ambient music while we were playing, and one of the best constructed rooms I've seen. Nothing is falling apart or has you questioning " is it supposed to do this/ is this thing not working." Puzzles don't have you brute forcing/ gambling answers- there's a logical solution to every one. We did go over our time limit of 1 hour, but I think since there was no booking ahead of us our game master graciously gave us a few more minutes! We finished in 1hr and 10 minutes approximately! Another detail we thought was cool is that they hang above the escape room doors outside the "quickest completion time." For National Treasure it's 30 minutes ( without hints or clues)! So definitely something for even the most seasoned escape room enthusiasts to challenge! We will definitely come back to try the other higher difficulty room at their Seattle location!

The Vault was sort of in beta, so there were things expectedly not quite working, and I won't fault the company for this. Overall, the puzzles were interesting/fun/dramatic to interact with, which is pretty great. That said... I don't love linear puzzle rooms, and this one was seriously that. We had 6? people for this room, but there was really only one puzzle available at a time (the one time there were two puzzles, the "meta" of them was brute-force-able, which means it wasn't even useful to do). I think you could count the number of puzzles total to be something like... 10 puzzles, which is a disappointing number especially with the number of people in the room. It makes me feel like they spent all their efforts into the fancy decor and flashy lights and ...story?, rather than puzzles. If you do come to do this escape room and you've done some before, I'd recommend a smaller number of people. It was generally obvious which puzzle was the one that needed doing; there was very little search-the-room so not much else for anyone else in the group while the single puzzle was being worked on. (And because the puzzles were so physically interactive, it wasn't really like multiple people could work on it at once.) Staff was friendly enough, though the front desk was usually absent. They do have a tiny photo booth closet which I think is fun! And they have a large parking lot shared with the fitness(?) next door so you don't have to worry about parking in downtown Redmond. I got tricked by the fitness and thought it wasn't there, but it is.
