I brought in my cowgirl boots to have a stain removed. Instead, the stain stayed, and a large…read moreportion of the printed design on the leather was scrubbed off. The boots are discontinued, so the damage is permanent. What frustrated me most wasn't just the damage, but how everything was handled. I sent a detailed message with before and after photos, and it was completely ignored. After 6 days, I had to follow up before Kayleen finally got back to me. She even acknowledged that my first message hadn't been responded to. During our call, I was told they used the gentlest cleaning solution possible and believed the damage was a manufacturer defect. I understand accidents can happen, but if the design was coming off during the cleaning, I believe the process should have been stopped and I should have been contacted before they continued. I never had the chance to make that decision. After reiterating their policy, they refunded the $30.90 cleaning fee, which I appreciate, but there was no accountability for the permanent damage to my boots. After I shared my feedback, I was told, "Thanks for the lesson," and then referred to another cobbler. I hope this experience helps improve their communication with future customers because I can't recommend this business based on how my situation was handled.

He insisted that he "did not cause that," and that I brought it to him that way. He then proceeded to argue with me while his tone became more and more condesceding and confrontational. I couldn't get him to understand that even if I DID bring it to him that way... it was there for him to fix it, not just return it to me the same way. It was such a ridiculous conversation. Needless to say I went along with his tirade and paid additional money for him to replace parts, since I needed it back asap. Also, I brought him a specific brand/guage strings to use. Since he had to "re-do" the service and "remove/replace strings" to do his additional repairs... he apparently used some other strings he had in his store when he re-strung it, because the sound and playability is noticably different. Totally unprofessional and horrific customer service skills. Sad they are the only option up here in Yucca. I will be driving down the hill for future services needed.

My recent post did not get posted, so I like to let you know about last night. When I buy PODS for the FOGGER I get 3- get one free. Great deal and no problem paying the price increase. However I was told I am unable to replace a DEFECTIVE PODS. I was told that needed to report it within 24 hours. I don't go thru 4 PODS in 24 hours. If that the policy then no sense getting the deal and it's a 50/50 chance of hoping all work.. So I guess $18 I just threw away. I buy with honesty and would never try to JIP your shop. So I left with dishonest. I hope this reaches you as I am in search of a better Vape. If you like to see my STAR REWARDS be my guest.

When I went to go return it and get a swap for another one, the manager said "all I can do is 20% off your next purchase". Let me get this straight, a product that YOU guys have on your shelves made me sick, and you don't have the courtesy to even swap me out for another one? Greedy shop managers will do anything to pinch their pennies, even invalidate a long-time LOYAL customer. I've been shopping here since before they opened this location and this is the FIRST time I've ever asked for a swap, not even a refund, but a SWAP. I feel let down, as I've been a LOYAL customer and must have spent well over $1000 at this location alone, and they couldn't even swap out a defective $45 product. P.S - I use this product every day and know everything about this product ie. Safe use, dosing, etc. I know that what I was feeling was NOT normal with this product and with the dose that my wife and I used.
