Ellie welcomed me in and had me fill out a short questionnaire for new clients. We talked about what I wanted in terms of shade for my tinting, and she matched that perfectly! Katie, in my opinion, went above and beyond in her gentleness (ripping hair out by the root isn't exactly a gentle profession) while still working quickly, even making multiple passes at "baby hairs" that I know others may have just overlooked. At the end of my session, Katie continued to surpass my expectations in offering me products that tailor-fit my skin needs. I know some professionals treat customers one and the same, but Katie very clearly understood specific products that would work for me specifically. In the past, the rushed time even left me with residual wax, but I didn't complain. They also raised the price recently and it's now $61 excluding tip. Meanwhile, a competitor I've tried has been on time 100% of the time, so it's clearly possible. The delays here cost me extra parking fees, push back other commitments, and cause anxiety when I can't make work meetings. With no Wi-Fi and terrible reception, I can't even do anything productive while waiting. Time is money. During my last visit on 8/8, I was told Sesha would be 5 minutes late... then 10... then maybe another 5, before being told I should consider another specialist or reschedule. REALLY? EWC cancels my appointment if I'm 5 minutes late, yet doesn't hold itself accountable for being on time. How is that customer-centric?

Nails in general are expensive to maintain now, so expect it to cost at least $60 with tip for gel. These ones will last you for at least 6 weeks tho, so it's worth it in my book! Happy pampering!

She was very kind and did a great job checking in with me and making sure she was doing what I wanted. One of my favorite things about Cozy is that every time I have gone, I make an appointment, and they honor that. Lots of other nail spas will take walk ins even with an appointment on the way and you have to wait to get started 30 minutes past your appointment time. This has never been the case for me at Cozy.
