I'm so glad I trusted her expertise because the results turned out even better than I imagined. Lauren is talented, professional, and has a great eye for what will work best for her clients. I highly recommend booking with her!

It's been too short, too long, and more often than I'd like to say, uneven (somehow, some stylists will actually manage to miss whole chunks that are sticking out at the bottom). Cori has given me the best haircuts of all time, every time. I've gotten comments from strangers on the street after getting a haircut with her!

Her space is cool and comfortable, the ambiance of the location is bustling without being annoying, and Aimee is a pro at what she does and hilarious to boot. Great, engaging conversation was had. I had a vision of what I wanted for my hair, brought a few pictures, and she literally took what I had in my head and totally made it happen. If you're looking for a pro at "atypical" colors, Aimee is the master you seek. Trust me. I hate liars and I don't hate myself, so I would never lie. Take a chance on this one. She's a gem. I have been coming to cozy nail spa for 3 months now and I get my nails done around every three…read moreweeks. The first time I visited I appreciated how clean and organized the establishment was. Especially when getting nail treatments I am very particular about cleanliness to avoid infections and Cozy Nails & Spa was definitely up to par. Additionally they had cute decorations throughout and always have entertaining shows on in the background. I got a special set done about a month ago for my birthday but this most recent time I was coming in to get it removed and a normal manicure to let my nails breathe. My nail technician was Chia. She was very kind and did a great job checking in with me and making sure she was doing what I wanted. One of my favorite things about Cozy is that every time I have gone, I make an appointment, and they honor that. Lots of other nail spas will take walk ins even with an appointment on the way and you have to wait to get started 30 minutes past your appointment time. This has never been the case for me at Cozy. Chia did a great job and was done within 45 minutes. The total for gel x removal and manicure was $48. In my three months of coming here, Cozy has - been clean - Provided detailed but still quick service - Honored appointments - Had kind and attentive technicians - Never cut my skin/nailbeds - provided service that I was happy with

Exactly how I like it. When I walked in this was the color I wanted, but they had the color with sparkles. So I got that. If I was up here again I would stop in. I just wish that they were in my neighborhood so they could be my regular to go place. Thanks Tom! You're the best!

We had an event to go to that night and didn't want to show up late or with our previously bad manicures, so we had to leave our other place and quickly find another that would take us! We called Eden Nail Spa to see if they could squeeze us in last minute and they did (probably not super common, it was a Thursday). We got there and were met with the nicest nail techs, offered some bottle water, and sat down pretty much immediately to get our nails done. The service really was above and beyond. Sandy did my nails with dip powder and they looked amazing. We're looking to book our next appointment already and can't wait to go back.

Nobody greeted us, and I thought that was odd as I'm always immediately greeted and asked if I have an appointment time and then handed the book of colors. We walked in and weren't even acknowledged. We sat for about 10 minutes without any interaction from the employees. Once an employee walked by, I let her know we had an appointment for 11. She asked what for, I let her know and she said they would get the pedicure chairs ready right away. 5 more minutes passed, nobody was getting the pedicure chairs ready, as the employees were all working on customers. I interrupted one of the employees and asked how much longer, as we had an appointment and I had other commitments I needed to be on time for. One of the ladies got up and checked the system and said they could get me in in a few minutes but she wasn't sure how long until they could get my daughter in. She apologized and I left. I do believe I heard them say one of the employees called in so I get being busy and behind. But it was the lack of acknowledgement that was disappointing. When you book an appointment, you have to use your phone number. So it would have been nice if they could have contacted me letting me know they were running behind, or even if I walked in and they told me immediately, I would have understood. Hoping this was just a one time fluke and that service hasn't actually gone down.
