The puzzles are very unique. The storyline and room are immersive (my group had done another room, and while the gamemaster was telling us the story to our room, he kept referring to our previous story like we're just continuing on with our next part of our story--loved the continuity). Puzzles aren't all based on locks like many are. Production value is high. Our gamemaster stepped in to guide us when necessary and were definitely attentive to how we were doing. Super positive and enthusiastic at the end when doing our wrap ups. During our wrap ups, he did mention that there have been other groups that struggled and weren't pleased with their experience. This isn't the stereotypical lock and key/code escape room. It really does require collaboration, critical thinking, memorization. It's definitely an experience to be appreciate. My advice, if you're really struggling, take the hints! Oh, and snacks and beverages are complimentary!

We tried "The Passage" room and I don't want to spoil it, but there were multiple rooms and even a water feature built in. You could tell that they put a ton of work into the room(s), from the build quality to the complexity of the clues. Joe, one of the owners, was very generous with clues and talked to us afterwards about the new rooms he will be setting up. This was one of the coolest escape room experiences we've ever had.

There's plenty of parking which is always a plus. As soon as you walk up to the entrance you'll see a sign for Odyssey. We came 15 minutes before our reservation time. During this time they just want to review the safety guidelines with you before they taken you into the room for your game. We did the "Towering Inferno" and unfortunately did not make it out alive. The rooms are clean and the staff are all friendly. I don't have other places to compare to but in my opinion I can say this place is low key in technology. When we first entered the room, a staff member gives you the plot by reciting the story. I guess I wanted a more dramatic storyteller but it felt like a low key lecture I guess? 2 people can definitely solve it but it would've been better if we had at least 3 or 4 people. For this challenge, I would say about half of it is solved on computers. The other half are lock combinations. At the end we were told the last bits of info of how we could have finished and escaped. They will take a picture for you inside the room at the end and also offer a group picture with signs in front of their Odyssey sign in the main lobby. I felt like this was a pretty good experience. Again, the space is clean and I am interested in coming back to try their other escape rooms. Don't try to walk-in, make sure to make a reservation on their site! Google for a discount code before you reserve a room. I also saw people mention something on Groupon for deals.

In addition to playing mini golf, you're trying to solve various riddles at each hole to solve a mystery. I was hoping the prize for solving would be more interesting than a sticker, but it was still a pretty good time. I'd probably stick to Puttshack next time I wanna play mini golf, though. For the escape room, my boyfriend and I did Mystery Manor. With the additional price of unlimited hints (I think this helped), our price for two was around $100. I thought it was pretty expensive, but after the experience, I do think it was pretty worth it. There were many nuances to the escape room, which included various rooms and additional spaces you unlock by solving each part. At the end, they offer to take a picture for you and give you a little envelope to open (if you get out). Overall, positive experience! I'd return for the escape room.

Parents will love it along with their kids. The floors are padded and everything is childproof. It is a safe place for kids to play while their parents enjoy their time observing the joy that this place brings to children. The bathrooms are set up for toddlers who are either learning to potty train or our potty trained. There are also changing tables available which can be definitely useful when needing to change diapers. There is opportunities for children that visit to learn and enjoy different fun things such as kitchen set play, magnets on walls, climbing and jumping in ball pits along with a trampoline and much more. If you're looking for something to do with your child I highly recommend checking this place out. It's especially great when the weather is not good outside. The owner is quite friendly and quite caring being mindful of all of her guests. This is a great new place that I highly recommend all parents check out for their toddlers and babies depending on where they're at in their development with crawling and walking. When my wife and I took our daughter here we had a great time playing all together. Make sure you bring socks for the family as they make you take your shoes off when you enter in. Out of maybe the 5 or 6 different places I've been to for an escape the room (some out of state, some around the area), this was my favorite one. With only 3 reviews seen on Yelp, I was a little hesitant to choose this place over so many others in the area. Groupon gave us a good price, so we went with this, and I'm glad we did. We did the "my crazy ex" room, which was great, and I hope to be back for the high school reunion, which the owner said had some scary features added to it. He said he used to work with haunted houses too, so I'm pretty interested in seeing what that one is like. It is similar to other escape the rooms where you find clues and input it in the locks to unlock the various locks in the room, but this was was so techy that they used other creative tactics to unlock boxes, drawers, etc. To be honest, I at first thought it was a little lame because I thought the person watching us just opened things with a press of a button when we did different actions, but I asked later on, and he showed us how different things worked. Hard to describe without giving spoilers of the room, but I'd have to say I was seriously mind blown about how creative things were and how fancy the technology was here. I loved this factor added into it. They have a 10 minute game that's only $5 a person on certain hours of weekdays, so we will most likely be back for this too! I definitely was hesitant at first to come here due to a few things (barely any Yelp reviews, homemade looking winner/loser signs/a few things that made it not look as professional or techy (the Hotmail email address :D....sorry, break escape for throwing you under here), but after experiencing their room, I'd really have to say there is a mastermind here who made these and put these rooms together.
