CPC had been recommended to us by another satisfied customer. After meeting with Eddie we could tell that he is passionate and proud of his work and an honest person! His crew was professional and respectful of our property throughout the excavation and build. We had rainfall for several days but they kept us updated and finished the project in less than two months! What really impressed us was the attention to detail on the tile work and paver installation! Since completion, they've also been great about teaching us how to manage the equipment. I must say, it was a great experience. Eddie and his team were incredibly knowledgable since we had quite the hill in our backyard. The pool was finished in rapid time (4 weeks) and we were nothing but impressed. CPC was communicative during the entire process and cleaned up after themselves every time they were here during the construction phase. We are incredibly happy we used CPC Pools. Told me I could add water back , so I did but next morning still leaking. Called him back, he did answer and said he would be ther in a couple of days. Finally 6 days later he showed up after 5:00, getting dark, could not finish said he would be back tomorrow morning. No show finally, late that day, sad he was sick and at hospital. Week passed by, finally got ahold of him again, said he would come that week. No show again thenfinally came the following week on Friday after 5:00 again. I walked away, few minutes later, he left. I called him and said he got sick and he would come back. But to this day, he has not come back. He has also ghosted me for months and all my attempts to contact him. Not only did Chad completely botch my home, but he also took over $2,300 as a flooring deposit that…read morewas supposed to be $1150 and incorrectly laid and ruined 3 rows of flooring in one room before the drywall was finished. He also took almost $8k of mine and the photos below will show you what I was left with. He left my home in worse condition than when he started. Everything he touched was damaged and now requires costly rework and repairs. He wasted over $3k in materials alone due to his incompetence and negligence. After suffering flood damage after Helene, I was urgently looking for a trusted and reliable contractor to help repair my home. Chad assured me he was licensed, insured, and capable of handling the work. Upon further investigation, a license cannot be found on him through NCLBGC. I trusted him to help restore my home, but instead, he took advantage of my situation and left me worse off. For example: - He installed bathroom wall tiles crookedly, and the floor tiles began coming up and loose within days. - The drain assembly on the vanity was improperly installed. - He skipped installing tiles behind and under the vanity, to cut corners, hoping I wouldn't notice. - He failed to properly hook up my toilet, which wouldn't even flush afterward. - One of the electrical outlets in the bathroom stopped working entirely after he completed his "work." - He drywalled over wood paneling without removing it, despite me paying for him to do so, leaving huge gaps and misaligned outlets and window seals. - He laid only a few rows of vinyl flooring without prepping the surface and damaged the materials in the process by nailing and placing screws into click-lock flooring (which is flooring 101). When Chad offered to come back and fix his mistakes, I refused. I was not willing to waste any more materials on his errors after he had already gone through numerous expensive tiles I discovered in my trash trying to cover up mistakes behind my back. Chad also demanded multiple deposits for various projects but failed to complete a single one. His actions are nothing short of an upfront payment scam. After ruining the rest of my home, I refused to let him touch anymore of the flooring, yet he refused to work anything out with me financially. His work is not only poor, but appalling and atrocious. The photos of his work speak for themselves. Do yourself a favor and avoid this so-called contractor at all costs. He will take your money, cut corners, and leave you with a bigger mess than you started with.

He said equipment would be brought. He only used his small truck. A piece of fencing and rocks to grade my driveway! What a horrible mess he left. Then at the same time he was also hired to connect water to my house from the main. OMG he used putty to connect the old old piping saying it would harden and seal. Then mixed and added concrete on top and buried it. Another 3k no water to my house but I did have a flooded yard. BEWARE
