Ask for contractors' license. Ask for insurance. Do not pay cash. Ask for contract. Firstly I met him on a dating site. He said he could rebuild my horrible driveway for 3k. He said equipment would be brought. He only used his small truck. A piece of fencing and rocks to grade my driveway! What a horrible mess he left. Then at the same time he was also hired to connect water to my house from the main. OMG he used putty to connect the old old piping saying it would harden and seal. I chose this company because Stacy seemed very knowledgeable on everything I needed done. He made very good suggestions. He wasn't pushy; he just let me know what all my options were. As with all contractors, we had a few different arrival dates. But then they finally showed up and did most of the work. The pipes under the buildings we wanted wrapped were only wrapped on the front where you could see. The crawl spaces were supposed to be completely sealed and encapsulated and the plastic used wasn't thick enough for code, it wasn't all the way sealed, and the drain line for the dehumidifier they put through the door kinking the line and leaving lots of air coming in. Totally defeats the purpose of sealing the room!! He seemed upset that his men would leave it like this and was gung ho to make it right. Then he fell off the face of the earth!! We haven't heard from him in months. No calls or texts answered. This job was barely worth the 50% deposit we paid. I was still willing for them to make it right. I know not everyone does everything perfectly but this is so unbelievably unprofessional. The HOA hired this company for a pretty big job, and we are all sitting here with our mouths open in shock. In my honest opinion, you will not find a more honest repairman in the business, Stacy kept me up-to-date with every step of the way. In trying to figure out what the problem was with my stove, my hood vent, and my icemaker . he was able to fix the hood vent, we have to order the knob, control switches for my stove, and the motor that lets my ice fall down to the cups, if you're looking for dependable, honest and very trustworthy person. He's your man he will be back with the parts to fix the stove and fridge. read more

Sends workers who don't know what they're doing and have zero experience. Tries to bill for services and supplies that were left out. Locally famous for botching jobs and never to be seen again.
