Two amazing people work here. I am new to Cedar Rapids and needed fingerprinting for work license and have been looking for a week to get this done. I have no appointment, just called and found out the hours this business is open. I promptly got there and got my fingerprint card done in 15 minutes. My stuff is ready to be drop off at FedEx but since I don't know my way around town, and the nearest FedEx drop off is inside the hospital, they offer to hold my package until FedEx pick up occurs at their site a few hours later. The gentleman worked at the sheriff's office and meticulously examined my prints to make sure they won't be rejected. They offered me a FedEx envelope because I didn't have one with me so they save me a trip hunting for envelope. Fingerprint is cash only. They both are older so they move slower. They are so kind and left a lasting impression of CedarRapids-nice. read more

Horrible customer service go anywhere else but here. Lady ELIZABETH inside wouldn't even open the door sign said closed for holiday weekend but I came on Friday the holiday is on Monday. I called and told ELIZABETH I drove an hour just to get here and ELIZABETH hung up on me I definitely would not recommend these rude hateful people. read more

These folks are super rude, unhelpful, selectively take credit cards for some, not for others. Plus they charge 50% more than anyone else. Losers - do not recommend. read more

We made our appointment ahead and they were ready to see us right away. Everyone was helpful and friendly. 5 Stars

First of all we received an email confirming our appointment and asking us to arrive 15minutes early. Appointment was at 12:30. Got there and door was locked and lights out. Turns out that they close every day from 11:30-12:30 for lunch. Not sure why they would send out an email asking you to come stand outside a locked door. When we got in we were handed off to a women who's badge said she was an RN. Didn't know that was a credential for document confirmation. But her personality immediately confirmed why she was not working in her trained field. Psycho. Berated my wife for not placing her fingers on the scanner correctly. Then lectured us about the KTN and not to memorize it (really), write it down or keep it in your phone for fear of theft. Huh. And we paid $85 for this abuse. Find an alternate. No wonder they had appointments when other offices in nearby cities were booked out for months. read more
