Beer floats and spicy chicken sandwich with tots

Excellent service, especially as we wanted recommendations for which beers and ice creams work together for floats with our lunch. Cheerful and bright ambiance on the ice cream side of the business where we ate, classy dimmer lighting on the bar side. We both ended up having the Canadian Breakfast Stout for our flights, mine was with horchata ice cream and my partner's was with coffee ice cream. We loved the floats and our lunches were tasty too!

Erosion tap house is located on the Main Street of Napa. Nice little spot to grab a quick drink. They have mostly beer; but also wine as well. Next door to the bar ; they have an ice cream shoppe as well. They had a sour ale made with skittles ... very good. Unique and different. I'm not even a beer drinker and loved it. The skittles helped balance out the bitterness from the beer.

Came in here by just waking by and seeing it. Not much if a beer drinker, but found something I liked. They sell these 3.5 oz drafts that are great to try things without committing to a huge glass. The food was really good. I feel like it's stepped up bar food. The staff were very friendly. All of them checked on us to see if we were good but at the same time it felt like a totally chill place in a town I usually feel is kinda stuffy. They also have a cool bottle shop in the back to pick up some independent kinda drinks to take home. I already have a plan to come back in November. I'll save room for the ice cream next time.

Came in on a Wednesday at 3pm for their happy hour! Great ambience, great food, lots of beer on tap! Will definitely be back!

We stopped by for a quick ice cream break. I tried the campfire flavor and it was delicious! The service was okay, and the atmosphere was wonderful. I will definitely return next time to enjoy the campfire ice cream again.

I won't lie, last time I was in St. Helena I saw Erosion Taphouse and passed it up. It looked like more of a wine bar than anything. Boy was I wrong. I made the stop this time to try out some of their beers during some down time and I was blown away. The taproom opened in February 2020 by Patrick and his family. They started out primarily with canned wines, then bottled wines, and then added on the brewery and a creamery. But Patrick is no novice in the brewing industry as he ran The Bruery (heard of it before?) and is a Master Cicerone. The beers they are producing here are small batch and change up nearly every day. The seltzers are also unique and tasty. I haven't tried the wines yet, but next time I'm in town I'm going to have to give it a try. In addition to the Tap Room, they also have a bottle shop that is one of the best curation of beers from around the world I have ever seen. They have bottles from Rare Barrel to Bottle Logic to Perennial to Hill Farmstead to member only beers that I have never seen on a shelf before. Who would have thought I'd walk away with so much beer from a trip to Napa. I got a flight while there and the next day bought more bottles and a seltzer. I tried all of the following and was impressed by all of them: Wine Stain Remover | Helles Dry Red Tip | Hoppy Red Lager fermented on French Oak and "dry tipped" with redwood tips The Road Well Traveled | Old Ale with Coconut and Vanilla Beans Autumn Dolce | Brown Ale with roasted yams, dulce de leche, pumpkin spices, and Amburana wood Cake Batter at a Brick Wall | Imperial Stout w/ Cacao Nibs and Vanilla Beans Soda Shop: Shirley Temple | Shirley Temple-inspired Hard Seltzer ________________

The cutest little spot in St Helena. This place is split into two halves: one half is retro and pink with an ice cream bar and an old school letter board and the other is more blue and warm with beers on tap and tvs playing local sports games. We chose to sit on the ice cream side but either way, you can order food off their menu and check out their wine flights. The food was interesting. The menu is made up of mostly appetizers and it's great to go family style. We tried the bean deep, quesadilla, egg rolls and waffle dogs. The egg roll was the winner. It wasn't a traditional egg roll. It was almost wrapped in a dough similar to the waffle dog but it was flavorful and the plum sauce that it came with was good. The bean dip was also a winner! It was warm and perfect for our rainy day. The quesadilla was a little strange. It was really thick because instead of a tortilla, it was also wrapped in that similar waffle dog pastry dough. I don't think I'd get it again. The service was fantastic and friendly and we had a great time! We appreciated that they could accommodate a big group and a dog!

Waffle with beer cheese and delicious beer (half pours)

Spent the day in Saint Helena and wanted to check out the beer spots in town. Erosion was easy to find and had a back patio space, so we were excited to stay and check it out. Beer was really good, from brown ales, IPAs, lagers, all were delicious and we enjoyed our food, waffle sandwich, Empanadas, and waffle with beer cheese. Service was attentive, bringing out food quickly, and checking in on us while we hung out.

Fun. Beer tasting

Aloha, one of our haunts in the wine country is St Helena. We love the small town feel with its great boutique shops, fun restaurants, the Cameo theatre and art galleries. Wine tastings are everywhere so why not a beer tasting, right, yes. Erosion Tap House fills that gap. So happy Erosion opened right on Main Street. Worked our way through a few beers. Happy to report. Many great tasty beers to be had and nice pupu to accompany. And if you really want wine, yes there is a wine bar attached along with an ice cream shop. Full service. Enjoy!

We came here Saturday around 6pm. This place is connected to the next door wine place. You can take the beers to the wine side and the wine to the beer side. Wine prices were higher prices so we stuck with the beers. We only got 1 dark beer that interested us. It was the Henhouse Oyster stout. Prices were decent for beer. About $7-12. They have outdoor and indoor seating. But it was crowded, so it was hard to find a seating. We moved to the wine side to finish our beers. It was so much emptier there.

Came here on a very rainy Friday afternoon and a few great beers! The place was completely empty the entire time we were there, though who I assume was the owner made great conversation with us and was telling us about how they select their beer. They have a good selection and a good selection in their bottle shop as well.

The service is attentive and friendly and there's a generally welcoming vibe when you walk through the door. The menu has a good variety that includes pasta and pizza dishes as well as some delicious antipasti / appetizers. I would love to come back and try more items on the menu, but I came here with my parents and we actually ate not too long prior to visiting. A few days before visiting the area, my brother showed me a video of how they make fresh mozzarella in house and I really, really wanted to try it. In addition to the fresh mozzarella dish, I got a glass of wine and we ordered some calamari. Watching them, serve the fresh mozzarella at the table with such a delight. The mozzarella dish and the calamari were both delicious. This area seems to be a slightly more busy part of town, but this place has a large lot and we found parking really easily. It was also on a weekday.

Their calamari is a favorite--crispy, well-seasoned, and reliably delicious--and the pizza never disappoints, with a satisfying balance of fresh toppings and a perfectly cooked crust. Everything tastes fresh, comforting, and simply yummy in the best way. Service deserves special mention: the employees are friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making the experience feel warm and unrushed every time. Pizzeria Tra Vigne strikes a wonderful balance between quality food and relaxed dining, making it a place we're always happy to return to.

This winery is part of the Jackson Family Wines portfolio. Located in St.Helen right on the Hwy. Greeted with a welcome taste of Chardonnay and then we had the appellation tasting- it's 6 red wines compared side by side in twos ( same year, different terroir). Our server was nice "enough" but breezed over information about the wines and repeatedly just described the wines as jammy. I discovered this really isn't my style of red - I prefer fresh savory reds. The interior had a very clean light wood modern aesthetic. A couple notable facts is their wine is single vineyard and they have a female wine maker.
