I took my mom to the downtown Erlanger Expresscare a few weeks ago. While the wait was long, the staff were very courteous and accommodating. This was her first visit, so perhaps the paperwork slowed her process down, but likely the influx of patients secondary to Covid slowed the process down.
In all, we waiting around 1 hour and 45-50 minutes before she was evaluated. Once in an examination room, the process was much faster. In total, her vital signs, history and examination concluded all of 10 minutes. My Mom had nothing but nice things to report about the provider, Christy.
I wasn't sure how I would rate the experience, given the wait time, but due to the current healthcare situation-wait times are longer than usual. The staff was busy from the moment we arrived until we left. In regards to the facility, it was clean. The staff also regularly cleaned the chairs. Prior to arriving, I would suggest calling and inquiring about their wait times. read more
