THIS IS MY SECOND REVIEW OF DR. BRADLEY: YELP REMOVED THE FIRST REVIEW ABOUT TWO WEEKS AGO. I was telling the truth.... about the jab and how Dr. Bradley asked me twice at my last appt with her, if I wanted it. I emphatically and clearly told her NO the first time I was asked and again at the end of the appt I told her no I do not want the jab when she asked me a second time. She is not hard of hearing. She told me she took it because she did not want to get sick. These people are evil. Why were doctors pushing the jab? Because they were getting plenty of money to do so. Millions of doctors are now "gone" because this was considered "crimes against humanity." THEY BETRAYED THEIR OATH OF "FIRST DO NO HARM." They are getting what they deserve. This is the truth. DO NOT RECOMEND! Dr. Bradley is very rude and condescending. The first thing she said to me when she entered the room was and I quote "I see you are on birth control, I think that that's a smart idea for a 19 year old" ... Let's get one thing clear, I am not sexually active nor do I plan on being sexually active till marriage. I am on birth control for a medical reason (I get dangerously anemic) which Dr. Bradley would have know this if she had bothered to read my chart (I had just explained to the tech my medial condition and just told him I wasn't sexually active). Instead, she choose to argent and assume that all 19 year old's are sex crazy neanderthals who are to stupid to practice safe sex. Even if I was sexually active, she shouldn't know better than to belittle people like that! Also as a vet tech, even I know to read a patient's chart before you enter the room. Like, this is elementary, I learned it on the first day. Besides Dr. Bradley's memorable opening line, there where a lot of things that warranted a bad review. There was a long wait. They were hard to reach on the phone. She was demeaning when we talked about mental health (thanks we don't have enough of in the world). I was pressured into scheduling another visit (that I then later cancelled). We also argued over insurance. And the cherry on top of the bad customer service Sunday was the fact that she told me my mask looked stupid. WHAT THE HECK LADY!!! Dr Bradley retired and left her practice in Oct 2021. The new docs don't answer their phones and have no message system for patients to contact them. They are closed when posted hours say open (was there 7/22/22 at 8:47A, supposed to be open at 8A, and doors are locked and no one available). They don't submit the necessary bloodwork to labs, leaving patients high and dry on their care. All in all, not responsive or caring of Bradley's patients. Bradley was always available and responsive. These new doctors are not. Will be finding a new PCP. Definitely would NOT recommend! read more

Bradley retired last November without notifying her patients. Just hung a note on the office door, like we check it regularly. Didn't find out until trying to make an appointment in January. Supposedly transferred everything to another practice, but without patient approval. Unclear where records currently are, as NP couldn't open them. New practice is a multi-office, one-doctor set-up -- just see NP's. Bradley was a marginal doctor, and a worse businesswoman. Looking for a new PCP.... read more

I went to Dr Bradley for several years but when we moved across town and I had gotten bumped off of my insurance, it was a good time to find someone new. It's a very small practice and building with just Dr Bradley, the receptionist and an MA- Which makes it shocking that she doesn't take the time to get to know her patients. My family went to her for 6 years and she never made an effort to know who we were or even seem interested. It was equally as shocking that the wait time in her office was ridiculously long- I never got back to a room in less than a 30 minute wait, but Dr Bradley was straight to the point when she finally came in, so why the wait? ! I also hated that in order to get labs done, I had to go online and make an appointment with Sonora Quest- Morning appointments get booked out for weeks- and it's just a hassle. This was a must for me when looking for a new doctor- There are plenty out there that offer their own lab- and not necessarily large practices. She's professional enough and knowledgeable- but nothing spectacular that would merit waiting an hour to finally get her in your room! I've come to the conclusion that she just doesn't know how to schedule her patients - It never mattered what time of day, the wait was always long. The overall experience is just meh...No one seems glad to be there and the receptionist rarely has a smile- Being almost rude at times. There have to be better places with more friendly staff. read more

I shouldn't even give her one star. I made an appointment for a new patient physical. I got the medicare wellness check. Nurse did all the work. She did nothing. I told her i had two concerns. One being my ears. I have itchy ears. She told me ears don't itch. I told I wanted her to exam them. She told me "it will cost you extra". I told her I didn't care. She looked in my right ear and announced that I had a hole in my ear drum. Didn't believe her. Not that much pain and no blood. Ten days later back in Maine at my local clinic went in to see if I could get a referral. He looked in and said I had ear wax. He cleaned the ear. No hole. Plus gave me something for the eczema in my ear canals that was causing the itch. She was rude and would not write my prescriptions for the year. Had to pay out of pocket in Maine at clinic. If she had given me the new patient checkup. She would have seen that I take two pills a day. Instead she was annoyed that I wNted so much from her. Does she even have a license to practice? If you ask me, she is a wSte of time and money. read more

I found her receptionist to be the friendliest part of my visit. Dr Bradley and her assistant were not friendly at all! Dr Bradley spent my visit critiquing my past Dr.'s... who specialized in my orthopedic need! I thought only orthopedic dr's thought highly of themselves... read more

I wish I would have found Dr. Bradley when I moved here years ago. Pros: She listens, she knows her stuff and she gives you all the time you need. She will prescribe if you need something and will talk you through everything. She is good at referring you out to specialist if she isn't sure or it isn't her expertise. Cons: If you aren't the first appointment be prepared to wait. However this is because of the pros, she takes her time, she gives you her attention, so you have to wait. i love this con because it means I am not just a number to her! Location is easy to find, and near my house. She is so easy going and easy to work with. Best doctor I have had ever! read more

I arrived today for my 2 o'clock yearly physical. There were three people sitting in the waiting room. I told the receptionist I had to pick up my granddaughters at 3 o'clock and wondered if the people in the waiting room were scheduled before or after me and were going to be seen before me. The receptionist checked her computer and told me "there's no way you're going to be out of here by 3 o'clock". No explanation...no apology. This is it for me. As I'm sitting in the car writing this review I see another woman enter the office. This is unacceptable. In the three years Dr. Bradley has been my primary care doctor she has never been on time. She has never shown any concern for this fact. It is only gotten worse. I'll be looking for a new doctor. I've read other reviews about her staff being rude and I believe the bottom line is her demeanor sets the tone. If you're looking for a doctor to make you feel she's doing you a favor by treating you...this is your woman. read more

I should have done this so long ago, but we forget our Doctor's need reviews too! I've sent my boyfriend, my family and my friend's to her. You should know about her too! I've been going to Dr. Bradley for 10 years! She is my all time favorite doctor because she is always bright, smiling, genuine and just overall warm! You want to thank her and hug her at the same time. Her staff is professional and friendly. Mandy at the front desk is wonderful at her job. I've followed Dr. Bradley to 2 locations and would never think of going anywhere else. She's helped me with everything from migraines to pnuemonia to well woman check ups to getting my gall bladder removed! What a versatile and knowledgeable woman she is! I take my son to her now and he isn't afraid to go in. Peace of mind knowing we will be treated well, and taken care of is all I could really ask for in a general doctor! read more

I love Dr. Bradley! I have been going to her for the past few years and could never think of changing. She is always cheerful ad happy and makes you feel comfortable in sometimes uncomfortable situations! She always provides you with additional information and printouts about the reason you came in to see her. She genuinely cares about her patients and it shows. I've been looking for a good Doctor for years now and I have finally found her. Her easy direct manner and interest in the whole picture of what is going on in your life set her apart from other doctors I have seen. I will definitely recommend her to all my friends and family. read more

I phoned to try to get a new patient appointment and was told they had zero availability until the 3rd week of August (which is 5 weeks away). When I inquired of whether this is only for new patients or if they block out same day appointments for current patients should there be an emergency or illness- the receptionist was curt and extremely rude saying "well didn't YOU SAY your husband was new?!" If they are this rude to someone seeking a primary care physician and calls them for the first time- I can't imagine how they to their patients. No thank you. I should have read the reviews first but thought since it was a privately owned practice that they would be more personable. Wrong. read more

Dr Bradley is the most caring doctor in the world. She is very intentional about her patients and takes the time to make sure you have no concerns and understand everything she is saying. She's very motherly and loving. Sad that I'm moving and have to find a new doctor. Will never find one as great as Dr Bradley!! read more

Dr. Bradley is very good at her job, unfortunately you have to deal with her front desk staff. The ladies upfront are short, to the point of being rude, and that is when they are not busy, I would hate to see them when they are stressed. The staff is very slow to react to request, I have waited three months to receive the information I requested, and it is the same old promise, we will call you today. Yep jokes on me! read more

Dr. Bradley must cater younger patients: she recently treated my 87 year old father for phenomena. She did not order an X-ray to confirm, gave him an antibiotic told him to go to the emergency room if he didn't feel better in a few days. Turns out he had fluid in his lung that needed drained after a few days in the hospital. ER doctor was appalled she made a diagnosis without a confirmation and suggested my father find a new physician. I guess she has the attitude if your old don't bother!!. read more

I have been going to Dr. Bradley for 20+ years. She is always attentive to my concerns and went up and beyond when my other family members were having difficulties. When I visit I feel like I am talking to a family member and she cares about me and my medical needs. Thank you Dr. Bradley! read more

I had seen Erin Bradley many years ago before she had either taken a break/retired. She had referred all her patients to Dr. Togancci at that time. I recently found out she was back in practice and wanted to switch back to her. I tried to set up a new patient appointment today and the front staff receptionist was so extremely rude to me that I would never consider going to her again. It's sad because the doctor is very good, but I would never go to her because of the rudeness and unwillingness to help of her employees. Doctors should care and demand respect from their employees to their patients. It's sad that one bad interaction with the front staff can ruin a doctor's business. read more

I have serious white coat syndrome--Dr. Bradley and her staff are outstanding. She takes her time, which means you might wait a few minutes longer but that tells me she doesn't rush you out of your appointment. I cannot say enough about this office--if I HAVE to go to the doctor, I'm glad I have her to go to. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Bradley's for 15 years. However, over the past few years, her office has changed. First, both the reception desk staff and attending nurse are extremely rude. I had an 8 am appointment scheduled for today and arrived at 7:50 (doors were locked). I checked in at 8 am. I book the first available appointment so that I don't have to wait when Dr. Bradley get's backed up with patients in the office. However, by 8:25 AM, neither the doctor nor the nurse were in the office. I find this very disrespectful of patient time. I too work and need to be in my office and to have to already wait for 25 minutes for the first appointment in the morning is extremely poor consideration for patients. If there is no plan to start appointments at 8 am, then don't book them! I also overheard the receptionist discussing another patients medical diagnosis over the phone which is in violation of HIPPA. I am searching for a new physician who respects my time and has a friendlier staff. read more

Dr. Bradley is wonderful. She always takes the time to listen and I never feel rushed at all. She is always right on with her diagnosis and never tries to do anything that is not needed. I have gone to her for 20 years and my family goes to her as well. Very patient and friendly. I always enjoy seeing her. read more

By far the worst customer service ever. To make a long story short, I was refused to be seen and was refused to be taken care of because of the lady at the front desk didn't want to deal with me and seemed like she just wanted to leave early. Very unprofessional work. They gave me a ton of different things that I was unaware about and because I took too long they denied seeing me. read more

I had been a patient of Dr. Bradley for over 15 years, however my most recent experience with her and her employee, Anna, was so unsatisfactory that I will not be going back to her, nor will I be recommending any future clientele her way. I called six months ago (September 2015) to get an inhaler prescription temporarily renewed (my prescription had expired by three days) for my asthma. When I explained this to Anna, she refused to assist me, stating that they would not be able to refill my prescription until I came in and visited (which in retrospect, I can understand). However when I tried to make an appointment the next available one wasn't for several weeks. I ended up having to go to a minute clinic to refill because they gave me no other option and I couldn't be without my inhaler for that length of time. I experienced another unpleasant encounter with Anna when I called their office yesterday to try and schedule a women's exam. I asked if I could also get my inhaler prescription renewed in the same visit. Anna was very curt in denying my request, stating that I would need to schedule a separate appointment to take care of this. I asked if I could block out additional time/appointment slots to take care of everything in the same visit and she refused to find another solution to accommodate me. When I tried reaching out to Dr. Bradley about this, she sent me messages via their portal because she refused to have a conversation with me via telephone. My entire family and I had been seeing Dr. Bradley since I was a teenager, however after this unfortunate series of events, I no longer wish to maintain a relationship with her or her office. She has proven to me that she is more interested in making money off of her patients rather than accommodating them/their schedules, that she is unconcerned about maintaining longstanding relationships with patients or their loyalty, and that she is unwilling to resolve poor customer service experiences in a tactful, resolute manner. I would not recommend Dr. Bradley to anyone now and hope that she doesn't treat her other patients the way her and Anna had treated me. read more
