This has caused permanent nerve damage. It is such a refreshing experience to work with my physician. From day one, she has always seen me as an individual and listens to my concerns. Even when I'm in pain, she looks for better alternatives and works with me where ever I am in my treatment plan. No being seen 45 mins after your appointment time here, they are usually right on time. Several times I have shown up early and they've gotten me in early. The staff is great and they are always very welcoming. I know it sounds basic but they do a great job of making you feel like they want you here. When we moved here (2016) we looked up the ratings of the local DR offices and this was rated really well, we came here because of that. Will here I am 1 yr latter after surgery, with 50% less mobility, 50% less balance and walk with a limp now... for what? To get paid 6K for worsening my foot instead of improving it. I strongly suggest going to other avenues, like PT ect instead of getting surgery from Dr. Loo. This has been very challenging to accept and a huge regret on my part listening and taking his word that I would be better after surgery. The only thing better is HE got paid and I'm still paying payments on a fked foot.

I'm glad I ran late for my appointment on Tuesday, and they wouldn't budge on their 15 minutes late (I ran 20 and called ahead, but no grace). It worked out in the end two days later on Thursday, but still a little bitter with their policy. I can't remember how many times I've been received late by WFP over the years ... when I show up on time. Maybe we should charge our healthcare providers when they run late? It cuts both ways.

I gave Ashanti the correct email address, a couple of times, voicing phonetics ("pappa" for P, "Mike" for M, etc). Again I didn't receive the email. I asked if they could mail the new patient packet. A supervisor gets on the call & says it could take 24 hours to receive an email!!! He offers to give me the help desk for Optum, who they contract with for their communications. I asked him to read the address they have for my email. He reads my correct email address, but with ".com" at the end. I told him my email address does not end in '.com" and that I never told Ashanti to add ".com" at the end. I told him the correct email address. Within seconds (not 24 hours) I received the email to access the patient portal. Folks, this is a "professional" medical practice!!! Truly Frightening!

I actually enjoy my appointments with her as well as her husband who is also a doctor there. They are a great team. Since being seen here, my blood sugars and all my numbers are within range and my A1C is 5.6 which caused her to lower my metformin use. I am glad my insurance changed and I now have her as my doctor.
