This has caused permanent nerve damage. It is such a refreshing experience to work with my physician. From day one, she has always seen me as an individual and listens to my concerns. No being seen 45 mins after your appointment time here, they are usually right on time. Several times I have shown up early and they've gotten me in early. The staff is great and they are always very welcoming. I know it sounds basic but they do a great job of making you feel like they want you here. When we moved here (2016) we looked up the ratings of the local DR offices and this was rated really well, we came here because of that. After coming here for years, I completely understand why they deserve such good ratings.

Let's get one thing clear, I am not sexually active nor do I plan on being sexually active till marriage. I am on birth control for a medical reason (I get dangerously anemic) which Dr. Bradley would have know this if she had bothered to read my chart (I had just explained to the tech my medial condition and just told him I wasn't sexually active). Instead, she choose to argent and assume that all 19 year old's are sex crazy neanderthals who are to stupid to practice safe sex. Even if I was sexually active, she shouldn't know better than to belittle people like that! Also as a vet tech, even I know to read a patient's chart before you enter the room. Like, this is elementary, I learned it on the first day. Besides Dr. Bradley's memorable opening line, there where a lot of things that warranted a bad review. There was a long wait. They were hard to reach on the phone. She was demeaning when we talked about mental health (thanks we don't have enough of in the world). I was pressured into scheduling another visit (that I then later cancelled). We also argued over insurance. And the cherry on top of the bad customer service Sunday was the fact that she told me my mask looked stupid. WHAT THE HECK LADY!!! She's a warm person and not a doctor that view you as a number. She actually would take time to know you, to say hi and to listen to your health and wellness. Dr. Bebak and all her staff are friendly. The medical assistant, Tracy, would call you back ASAP or within 1 business day and listen to your issues. You would never feel rushed or judged. When you need to see her right away, it happens. She granted me an appointment within 12 hours or less. The office actually would follow up with your healthcare plan and give you confidential advice. She found a benign tumor (originally tested and thought that it was ovarian cancer) above my ovary in Oct. 2010. Many tests were done and confirmed that it was 98% cancerous. She placed calls, put me on the best healthcare plan and scheduled for my surgery within 2 weeks with one of the best Oncologists in Scottsdale, Dr. Mike Janicek M.D. His office normally schedules surgeries prior to over a month, but he did a favor for me and her by bringing me in for a surgery ASAP. I received the best care under both of them for many months. I'm really happy with the ease and the great medical care that she provides. I highly Dr. Bebak for your healthcare plan.
