    Half turkey pesto- no onions
    Rachelle A.

Over the weekend I took a state course at a community college for my license & our instructors bought our class Eriks. I LOVEEEDD this place! The first day I ordered the turkey pesto without onions. The huge portions that Erik's gave us was unbeatable. The healthy ingredients and the options there were for a sandwhich/deli shop were out of this world. I loved seeing all the mixes and creations we could put together. There were more basic sandwhiches but then some turned into mediterranean samples or an altogether veggie option. The salads they served were huge. The second day I ordered half salad and half sandwhich combo with the cesar and chicken pesto. It didn't leave me feeling hungry- it was just the perfect amount The customer service st Erik's was so accommodating and the history behind the franchise is so inspiring and can be felt as part of the community. I'll definitely be back and look forward to the experience . :)

We stopped to pick up a couple of soups. Staff was pretty friendly and they have one neutral gender bathroom in the back. We bought a "pot" container each of the tomato basil and chicken rice soup. The size was 16 oz a container for almost $10 each and came with a slice of baguette and saltine crackers. The tomato soup was very good but salty. The chicken rice soup was "ok" but Hubby wouldn't buy it again.

Good location close to Seacliff Stare Beach in the same shopping center as Safeway. Service was quick and friendly. Sandwich was warm and delicious! Ingredients were fresh and portions were fair. Dining room and restrooms were clean. Will definitely come back when in the area

Thursday evening with my dog, about to go home, feeling hungry, I think I'll order Erik's. Open up the app, select the Cali Clasico (because it gives triple points right now in the app!) and modify it with a couple things. Boom, done. I walk the dog for a about 6 minutes. Pop into Erik's, there's my sandwich, thank the lovely crew (they are the nicest). Dog goes nuts over the smell. I go nuts over the smell. Drive home. Savor the moment and sit down, take out the sandwich and drop my jaw at the beauty of this thing. I mean it was just perfectly composed, including the additions I made in the app (add sprouts, add pepperoncini, side of goo), perfectly executed. It is delicious. Thank you Erik's Deli crew that made me this sandwich on Thursday 1/12/2023 at time much quicker than the estimated time of 5:49pm. You made my night. I regret I didn't tip better. Maybe next week? (or maybe tomorrow to take advantage of these triple points!)

Combo take out came very well packed . ( carrot cake is not included in the combo . It was purchased separately )

I like Erik's Deli , but this one in Rancho Del Mar in Aptos is the best one ! Always great service and consistently delicious . Today my husband picked up my take out order I made in the App . I ordered the SOURDOUGH BOWL CLAM CHOWDER SOUP AND HOUSE SALAD COMBO . I was gladly surprised when I opened the bag at home and the bread bowl was still warm and crunchy , the soup very hot and creamy and the house salad , a very good size ( bigger than it looks in the pic ) , with mixed greens , tomatoes , cucumbers , sprouts and croutons . I paid extra for avocado . This combo is a good value too .

I have an Erik's close to where I live that I have been to once. This was my second time ever and enjoyed it. It was super convenient to order online and pick up after. The staff was very nice and friendly. The sandwiches were a hit and went fast. I had a veggie wrap which was tasty and nutritious.

This is *not* Erik's food but this is what we received. And the # on the receipt said we were crazy.

Very upset - DO NOT order online using the eriksdelicafe.com link. We have been ordering here instead of using Door Dash because we want to support the local store. We thought we were supporting the local franchise owner. Today, our order was WRONG - it was dripping Chinese food and 25% in value/size vs. what we ordered from Erik's (we almost thought to just accept the mistake and eat the Chinese food). When I called the # on the receipt, which is Erik's Aptos location, and explained the situation, the person on the food was adamant they do not do delivery service, and obviously, they don't sell Chinese food, so I must have ordered from Door Dash. I. DID. NOT!!! I ordered directly on the eriksdelicafe.com site. It's even linked on the Yelp page here. It turns out Erik's uses some service called Olo. But there is no way to contact Olo as a consumer and request a refund. The receipt actually says call the original store and has the store's number. We did, and were told we were crazy. Even the Olo help pages said to contact the original store. It makes no sense if this was a Door Dash service that they would make the consumer call the store. Olo is a third-party service, but it's licensed by Erik's and Erik's is responsible for the screwed up door. I've been tipping well each time we've ordered thinking it was an Erik's employee. I'd ask for a refund, but there's nowhere to ask for it. They better not spit in my food next time when I escalate this issue!

This place is so adorable, well the staff made it adorable! We came here on a Sunday afternoon and as we walked into the cafe we were greeted which such positive attitudes. We ordered the turkey walnut pesto, and to our surprise it was delightful and the flavors were having a party in my mouth. it was so yummy and tasty, the sprouts were a nice touch. Had such a wonderful experience. 5/5 would return

5 stars for the wonderful customer service, healthy options, and diverse (but not too lengthy) menu! The woman who helped us was so patient and friendly. Service like that really does leave you with a smile on your face as you walk out the door with your sandwich. It was New Years Day when we stopped by and so I was definitely looking for something on the healthier side. I really appreciate the calorie information on all their items, and ended up opting for their low calorie Pilgrim's Progress Sandwich. I'm not even a sandwich person, but this was delicious! It was perfect for our trip to the beach. Highly recommend this spot. Free parking in their shared lot.

I've been looking for a solid go-to Chinese takeout spot for a while, and this place absolutely knocks it out of the park. Do yourself a favor and order the Szechuan Boiled Fish (Sichuan Shui Zhu Yu). It is insanely flavorful, perfectly spicy, and easily one of the most legit, authentic Chinese dishes I've had in the area. If you prefer the classic American-Chinese comfort staples, those hit the spot too. The Kung Pao has the perfect balance, the potstickers taste completely house-made, and my family is obsessed with their chow mein.  The ingredients are always fresh (especially the veggies and seafood, try the fried prawns!), and the staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. Great portions, amazing value (especially the lunch combos).

I probably should have just picked up the order because $80 for Chinese food for two people is a bit steep and honestly ridiculous. The first negative thing is the fact that we ordered pork fried rice and ended up getting the fried rice but with chicken instead so OK, edible, but there is something about pork fried rice that I really like so that was disappointing. Also ordered their vegetable green bean with garlic sauce dish, and the green beans were cooked nicely although a side order of green beans for $16? Yes, I made the decision to order simply because I wanted a veggie with the rest of the meal. I ordered a chicken breast dish that was coated in some sort of a Panko-ish crunch. That was good although I wasn't expecting it to be fried. When you're hungry, you just eat it anyway... Truth. also had the potstickers which were typical nothing special, although they did serve it with some sort of a hot pepper sauce, which was good although the seeds in it were quite tough. They also pack a little container of what looked like white vinegar weird not at all like what you would normally have. We will probably try again as we explore the menu, but I will definitely pick up next time. Oh and finally with an order that clearly served two people they throw in one fortune cookie. How cheap is that? Jury is still majorly out on this place, but just wanted to share for now.

Great Food, Great Service & a Manager Who Actually Says Hello!…read more Loved this place! My bride and I had a fantastic experience from the moment we walked in. This restaurant has an incredible indoor and outdoor space, a great menu, and an atmosphere that somehow manages to be both chill and professional. You'll find a wonderfully diverse crowd here, and everyone seems to fit right in. Now, let's talk about the food! I highly recommend the meatballs--they were fantastic! And the garlic bread? Fabulous. Honestly, I could have made a meal out of the bread alone, but I exercised some restraint...because I'm an adult. My bride ordered the hamburger, and she loved it. The salads were excellent, the bread was outstanding, and the dessert selection was enough to make someone suddenly forget they were "too full for dessert." Our server was incredible--attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. And then, as if the experience couldn't get any better, the manager actually came out and welcomed us! You don't find that everywhere. That personal touch says a lot about how this place approaches hospitality. Everything was clean, the service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the ambiance made us want to hang around longer than we probably should have. One warning: Parking can be a bit of a challenge. But trust me, this is one of those places where you circle the parking lot a few times and say, "Lord, give me a parking space!" Yelp Elite verdict: Absolutely worth the hassle! Great food. Great people. Great atmosphere. Great service. And apparently, great managers who actually come out to meet their guests. I ordered Singaporean style rice noodles, which is said to be cooked with eggs, and vegetables, and curry sauce. That sounded delicious! On the phone, they asked what protein (ie, chicken, pork), so I chose tofu, which I didn't know at the time had an additional cost. It was +$3 for tofu! (He should have informed me, I think.) The order was prepared quickly and was hot. It was seasoned (salted), but there was no curry flavor (I was surprised to read this in the menu!) I also saw, smelled, felt, and tasted NO TOFU. *sigh*. It wasn't a huge deal, except that I really wanted some substance since that was the main thing I was eating in 2 days, that was what I ordered so I was expecting to see it, AND I had to pay extra for it! Very good ramen! We had the coconut shoyu, Kabocha, and Ko ramen. All were good but the Konwas the…read morefavorite. The chicken in the coconut shoyu was overcooked while the brussel sprouts in the Kabocha were undercooked (nearly raw). We also had the Brussel sprouts in curry as an appetizer; it was delicious! The bowls in which the ramen are served are beautiful! That's the highlight for the atmosphere. Otherwise, the interior is relatively simple with a few tables and a row of chairs for people to wait for their to-go orders. The server was kind and kept our water glasses full.

They were chewy and undercooked!) There were a lot of customers there and, I believe only 3 workers: front of the restaurant woman who is your hostess, server, "bus boy", and cashier! Then there was the cook and someone in the back. The service was fine overall but Sapporo fell short on cleanliness and food handling safety. My kids and I were STARVING so we had to just look the other way throughout our dinner. You can tell they were working hard so we didn't want to make a fuss but omg... the woman brought our bowls with her THUMB in the bowls! I could see that it went into the soup one time so she moved her thumb (probably bec it was hot) and almost dropped the bowl on the table. Another time she held a piece of paper (I think it was the order) in her hand while also handling our food, so the paper went into 2 out of 4 of our bowls. She had to shake the piece of paper next to me to get the food to fall off. It was so shocking that it was almost funny. Almost. Sapporo is what I'd call a "hole in the wall" establishment like ones I had been to in big cities, and with those places, I think there is a bit of uncleanliness that you just have to expect as long as the food is good. Based on how packed Sapporo is, I think that's what others feel as well.
