Too the family to pick up some Sammy's for our trip all 4 sandwiches were wrong I ordered and paid for avocado I got black olives now tell me how those sound the same?? Two French dip sandwiches completely wrong some crazy spicy mayo was added they have the cheat sheets right in front of the them!! After paying almost 60.00 for 4 sandwiches get it together and if there is a language gap then make sure your workers speak up avo and black olives sound nothing alike when your order a scoop of avocado. Very disappointing this was the only Togos besides Scott's Valley that would get your order right but not anymore I rather just drive elsewhere sadly. read more

Strangely I do this with burritos as well, a weigh-in. Every sandwich I get, I do the default produce option (everything). So last week I bought a Garden Deli pre-made Turkey and Swiss (the display case, but they are made that day). It was $9.25 (before tax). It weighed in at 14.5 oz. Today, I bought a 9-inch Togos #24 (Turkey, Salami, and Swiss), cost $15.25 (before tax), and weighed in at a whopping 24 ounces. Two weeks ago it was the Sunrise (turkey, ham, bacon and cheese), at Beach Hut Deli, 9-inch as well, cost $17.25 (before tax) and weighed in at booming 27 ounces. All these reviews complaining about price are bogus, because guess what - they were all right about 64 cents per ounce. So if I were to pick one, my Togos #24 wins! Love their wheat bread roll over the other two, but you can't go wrong with either of the three. read more

There is an issue with staff here making things correctly. They can't seem to get the large meatball right. I used to get this sandwich once a week years ago. They recently two times out less than half the amount of meatballs on my expensive large sandwich. Someone keeps cutting up the meatballs too. Not sure why but that is not how it's supposed to be served. They also microwave the bread roll which normally is also not done. How I know is the ends of the bread are hard like microwaving bread will do! They never even put the parmesean at the end anymore. So little cheese you can't taste it. I ordered on DoorDash and got zero refund for both of these unedible sandwiches....bite into hard microwaved bread and get a mouth full of sauce and only sauce in most bites! Disgusting!! I also tried the chicken ranch one and it was mostly lettuce and ranch! Almost no chicken or bacon. This one was so bad it went right into the trash. I even was given $5 coupon for DoorDash by the owner of manager and the meatball sandwich just got worse when tried again. Not impressed at all! The time it takes to get your order is way too long....even when there was only one other person in there. The soda machine was out of almost every soda. Usually they do an excellent job. But tonight I got the family order home, and my gluten free wrap was supposed to be hot, but was not.... But that wasn't the issue, the issue was the wrap they used was all torn up... in others words it was super dry and had fallen apart! I just love it here they're so friendly I don't mind there's a tiny bit of a wait sometimes not really very much but they're always so nice and so friendly. Today 2/28/2024 at 1:30ish my BF picked up a meatball sandwich for me. Who ever was working, this was the best meatball sandwich I have eaten in my entire life. The meatballs were cooked perfectly and there was a perfect amount of sauce. I can tell whoever put it together was putting in effort. It was cut neatly and completely. I have eaten at togos since I was young, now i am 26. My order was simple, Parmasan bread, meatballs, sauce no cheese. People f this up often believe it or not. I am so thankful to whoever made me sandwich today. It goes to show that though it is a plain order when done with love it shows a difference... Thanks for making my day. Have a soft spot for Togo's sandwiches and glad to find this place in a convenient location. We got here at 10:30am on a Saturday and there was nobody else. Nice option for bringing lunch to the beach! Salami/Mortadella/Provolone on white bread: 4/5. All of the ingredients were fresh, which to me is important, especially for salami. It tasted exactly how I had hoped/remembered. The two ladies working behind the counter were very nice and helpful. We will be back. read more

Do not get the cheese steak melt if you want a philly cheese steak sammie that cost 10 bucks and doesn't taste good and is not the same in any sense. I have been here multiple times and the cashier is usually the only nice and accommodating person (even though my order is consistently wrong), all others look like they hate their job. I miss the old way of going up and the maker is right in front of you making the sammie how you actually want it. I asked for replacements on my sandwich's instead of the norm and seems it gets overlooked each time. With that said, this sandwich place is okay. Just had the most disappointing sandwich from what used to be a reliable provider. Ordered a Hot Pastrami, a favorite, and the bread was absolutely the worst. Very thick, stale, dry, unyielding... if your bread is going to be that large, it has to be perfectly fresh and very soft, otherwise you're eating a brick. togos used to be well-known for baking their bread fresh daily; I think that has gone by the wayside, and they must be keeping their bread around for much longer. That, combined with a very heavy hand on the garnishes in proportion to the meat, made for a really unenjoyable sandwich. I really just don't want to repeat this sad experience. THIS is what I'm talkin' about! I stopped by here after not visiting Togos for about a year (no particular reason for the absence... I've always liked the quality of the product here). I was delighted to see that the ordering process has improved -- now, they have self-service kiosks to place the order. As silly as this sounds, it's actually really nice. I can get my custom order exactly the way that I want and it saves time with staff not having to split time between transaction processing and sandwich making. Solid improvements folks. Every time I go to Togo's they always miss something one the Sandwich. They stand there take your order charge you. I order a Rueben and there is no sourcrout. I order a club and they forget the bacon. All the workers are talking (in Spanish) and laughing and caring on while I sit there uncomfortable because, I'm not sure that there talking about me. Very unprofessional, not consistent and they do not follow through with orders. read more

The person behind the counter then called another group from the line stating they had actually been there longer. The only reason I keep going back is because I love ToGos food. The staff was really nice the one time I went in yesterday. Also, please bring back the Honey mustard sauce! The easier orders where the in advanced ones. (follow the paper chart) Yesterday, my sandwich was so dry, all the chipotle mayo was at the bottom or in the paper (next time I will order extra). The tortilla was not wrapped well (fell apart) (I redid it). The girl who plugged in my order got it wrong by putting onion instead of pickles (I did not correct her, so it is fine). I understand it is busy and stressful, but this job requires concentration, and efficiency. At this point, I don't care if it takes longer. Quality over quantity. When I used to work here in 2016 then, sandwiches needed to be done within 3-5 minutes, of the person walking in the store). I got a few orders wrong too (1-3 per month), so I understand. It happens. For what it is, a chain sandwich joint, it is best in class. The sandwiches are huge, and a small is typically enough for me. Their selections are good and feel like all the deli meats and produce are fresher than most other sandwich chains. This particular location also stood out with attentive staff. The lunch rush was just beginning and the staff balanced well in getting the sandwiches out to move through the line yet making sure to take care to ensure that the orders were all being made as the customers wanted. I've eaten here every day for the last 3 days, we are here on vacation and I am burned out on fast food. The food here is so fresh and delicious! I'm super picky about sandwich places and this one is spot on. I had the Greek Veggie on sourdough twice and both times it was excellent. Today I opted for the Turkey and Cranberry on sourdough and it was likewise excellent. Hubby got a turkey & provolone on white, said it was great. Teen son got a chicken salad on wheat and said it was 'super'. Each day my sandwich maker was a different person and they were all very nice and friendly. Now if we could just get one in Texas. LOL! I ordered a half of a sandwich and I had to explain to the staff how to make it several times (no mustard or mayonnaise and extra pickles). After the sandwich was made they still forgot to warm it up. When I got all the way home, my husband opened his sandwich and it had mustard and mayo and no pickles . I went back to get a new sandwich and Stephan the manager didn't even offer to give me the new sandwich for free or even a coupon for my next visit.
