I called around many places, all were too busy, Walton's said their alignment machine was tied up rest of the day, but to come by and they'd do a quick ride with me and help diagnose my issue. I really thought it was an alignment issue, but they said their best guess was a bad tire and referred me to discount tire, down the street. Sure enough, about a quarter of my front left tire's belt had heat separated. It was such a big section you could only see it when it was spinning. We passed this location a few hours before and asked my husband to stop here before heading home. (Mind you, there are a few tire shops around this area) John was so helpful, turns out it was a tiny rock stuck behind the break disk and a piece of metal. John took the tire off for us and found the tiny rock and sent us in our way. It's nice to have someone take care of your problem and not up-charge us for a service that we didn't get; like you would expect from corporate tire shops. We walked in John took care of the problem, within 5minutes we were out of there. We will definitely come back to see John when we have any tire problems. He has new costumers for life.
