I took it to Pete's and they were very straightforward with me and didn't try to upsell me or give me any car BS because I'm a girl. Not only did they explain to me what was going to be done, provide call updates on repair status AND give time estimates on repairs but there wasn't any hidden charges or fees, everything they told me made sense with no gimmicks or surprises. Granted, I had to take my car back a couple times over the course of 3 weeks to address the original problem but Pete's made sure to fix it and and stand by their work and good name! They made sure that my vehicle was reliable and not leaving me stranded. They were super accommodating and every person I talked to each time I came in was pleasant, kind and addressed me by name! I used to go to the dealership because I didn't know where else to go and felt like I was definitely being taken advantage of. But now that I know that I can rely on Pete's, I won't be taking my car anywhere else and neither should you! Thank y'all!!

Don't ever take your vehicle there! My son took his car to get some codes changed out for his state…read moreinspection after almost two weeks we get it back and take it to get state inspection and they tell us nothing was done to the car & inspection didn't pass. We took it back & now they were saying it was one that they didn't change out & some others things needed to be changed out again & now they kept about another week and a half. Finally got that fixed and we're able to do stating inspection, but a few days after my son car started to make weird noise while driving the car it will turn off, the speed would slow down suddenly and almost caused a couple car accidents due to that and now the car won't turned on at all, and steering wheel is locked. He never had those issues before taking the car. After spending $2700 and the car being in worst conditions we don't recommend going back.
