All of them have wonderful and friendly employees for starters! They have great food and awesome treats I can't live without. I always find either clothes or gifts there for me and my friends!! Every experience I've ever had there has been very positive.!! If you're in Texas within an hour or so of a Buc-ee's, "GO" experience it you won't regret it! I gave this review five stars but for some reason it's only showing one. I can't seem to change it. I apologize.!

What the heck is going on at this location? We stop at Buc-ee's every time we travel. Until…read moretoday, we took for granted clean restrooms and a warm breakfast sandwich. The restrooms didn't disappoint however... We walked over to the breakfast sandwich area and not one biscuit, burrito or croissant, not one. The whole area was empty like it was shit down. Keep in mind it was 6am. We walked over to the pastry area where there were several people standing around. The lady at pastry yells over, you got any sandwiches ready? The guy lets out a sigh, reaches in a warming area under the counter and tosses up 6 biscuits and 6 burritos. He brings out a tray of croissants and starts putting them together like he's got all day. I literally had time to walk over to the clothes area, pick my niece out a buck-ee costume and walk back and the guy still hadn't wrapped one croissant sandwich. When he finally wrapped the first sandwich, my husband asked to take that one and the guy said, they'll be up on the hot bar I. A few minutes. The guy literally wrapped every single croissant sandwich and laid them on the counter next to him before putting even one on the hot bar. I don't know who was in charge of that morning shift but I'm guessing no one. Who knows how much business they lost and people they pissed off prior to 6am but I guess no one cared.

Low quality service and their membership is a complete and utter scam! Below is my story of getting…read morescammed by this company so that you can avoid this company. On June 25th I went to get my car washed at the Midlothian location and was told about a special where only $0.01 was due for the first month of my membership and then I would be charged a monthly fee thereafter. On the 25th, one of the workers took my license plate and personal information to set me up with a "membership". On July 5th, thinking I had a membership, I went back to get my car washed. The service member at that time scanned my car and didn't find an associated membership so I was charged $11 for that wash. Since then I have was charged $21.99 on July 25th and then again $21.99 on August 25th, which have been disputed with my credit card. When I call Wash Masters to cancel this "membership", I can't talk to someone and it sends me a link to sign into my membership to cancel it and it doesn't recognize my phone number or email. Odd coincidence that neither my license plate or personal information match with this membership that your service members inputted making it basically impossible to cancel? I'm confident that the worker put in false information to make the cancellation process near impossible so that I would continue being charged a monthly fee. He likely thought I am a woman who rarely looks at my finances but little did the guy know I am a financial planner who is so disappointed in businesses like this one. I was further disappointed that a company like this exists in Midlothian where we have such a robust Christian community

Their professional service truck pulled up and they went to work. Their glass is top notch quality, and the installer asked for my rearview mirror, to install for me. I usually had to do that myself with others. Good Afternoon,…read more THIS IS A MUST READ. I would like to inform the public that I was very dissatisfied with this company, it's service, and the way they conduct business. In our initial conversations, I asked the owner about the quality of the windshield, and in addition how payment is expected regarding payment for the service. In addition, I asked him about the payment processm and if he had a " tap to pay" process and He " J" said "Yes". I had taken off work to get my windshield replaced, because the car could not pass inspection without my windshield being fixed due to visibility issues. They were 3 HOURS late in their arrival. They were not proactive in stating that they were going to be late. I had to initiate any communication regarding their lateness. I told him that they should give me a discount for being late. He agreed, but "of course" in the end he did not "follow up" with the discount agreement. They "finally" arrived, and completed the service. This next part is very important... The owner, J, SAID he would send a link to my phone for payment. He NEVER sent the link, BUT WHAT HE DID DO was send 2 police officers to my house the SAME DAY to collect payment. When the TWO police officers arrived, and I answered the door, they asked me to identify my vehicle. I identified my vehicle. J, the owner, was standing a few feet away as if HE was SCARED or something. One of the police officers asked him to send the link AGAIN to my phone while he was standing there. Supposedly, J, the owner sent the link and AGAIN, the link NEVER came. Mind you, the police officer witnessed ALL OF THIS, and saw that the link was NEVER sent to my phone to make payment. At that point, the police officers asked for my email address. In spite of my hesitance, I did. The officer asked the owner to send the link to my email address in which he did. The link "finally" came to my email address, and the payment was made right then and there. Ultimately, "True" companies CAN OBTAIN payment, without getting the police involved, and trying to SET THINGS UP to cause harm to their customers. Also, there are multiple ways to send a link, and this should have been done in the ONSET of conducting business. This process should not be the "task" of the customer. Also, as you can see in the other threads "being late" a pervasive problem with this company because they "overbook" service. Please be aware that there are other companies who will provide you with the same service with a decent price, and utilize their payment service in a "user-friendly" way. It seems as though, they are "looking" to cause a problem with the customers. I would advise people to not use this company. My mistake was "taking a chance" on this one.
