I have a monthly plan. Never had any problems. Car wash is same quality as any other automated wash. Differentiation is the service is great. Very attentive staff and an owner who is is there every day managing standards. read more

I purchased 2 car washes on Sunday 1 for my car, 1 for my wife. I paid 25.00 for them to towel dry the cars off. Well Sunday evening it rained. Monday I called and told them I got the silver wash which included towel dry and tire dressing and I needed to know if I can bring it back in. I was told yes and I would get the Silver Wash all over again. I got there and after running the car thru the wash, I was told they would not towel dry it I was on my own. This is bullshit business and I will have to find another car wash to go to. I should be able to get the same wash I paid for as a raincheck. Not good business. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

Their car washing drive thru is pretty inefficient. If you pay for a premium wash, one of the minions will have you park and they will towel dry the car which is needed. Otherwise bring your own towels and dry it yourself But yeah their washer thingy is probably the worst I have ever driven through. It doesn't get the car totally clean. Plus when I canceled my membership they charged me again even though I didn't use it ALL MONTH because I had car trouble. read more

Ordered a Full service wash $25 option ( comes with - Interior vacuum - Basic wipe down of dash & console - Windows & door jambs cleaned - Towel dry From staff) Staff only towel dried the exterior and nothing else. I talked to the manager and he gave me the run around and basically said they are having system problems, he didn't even offer to help the situation. Both the website and their kiosk say the same thing for detail on service! Just my experience I wouldn't come again or recommend :( read more

I don't know why I kept coming here after the 1st time was a bad job; but I believe in 3s so I gave them another chance. This was my 3rd time going and I paid for the platinum wash and the job done on the tires was horrible! I'm not sure why they can't do even a good job on the days they are slow which they were on this day. Looks like I will have to make the drive to a better place. Supporting Red Oak businesses has been a challenge with the subpar services here in this area. read more

While usually average to slightly above average, today was well below what I expect from a basic car wash. I purchased the basic $20 exterior wash that includes hand drying & tire shine. After the wash it took 15-20 minutes for anyone to start drying / tire shining my vehicle (& this is after I contacted a manager). The car had already dried by the time they ever touched it. The attendant was moving like pond water (zero sense of urgency) and did a half-a$$ job. No, they weren't busy or short-staffed at the time. I saw plenty of workers lollygagging. Like I said, they're usually better than this a tad. Hopefully this was a one time lapse. read more

So...most of my visits are great! But some not so much. I think the owner should be around more because the workers tend to be better when he is here. Other than that great price for the services and I've been a customer for over a year. read more

I thought this was a touch less car wash but it wasn't. The guy did a great job on my wheels and drying my car!

I paid $30 for car wash today. They didn't even wipe off Dash. board. Never again. Didn't wipe under the door on the outside. I had to come home and finish the job. Nobody answers phone. read more

Dear Santa, Please shut this place down - that's all I ask for Christmas! Worst service ever!!! I will let the world know - do not go here!!! Just leave your car dirty - it's not worth it. Thank you Santa - please, please shut them down!! read more

I was nervous about going. Because I didn't want to spend $100 but I wanted my car cleaned. I would have done it myself but I had all three kids with me! Roseanne was very sweet and took the time to answer all of my questions. I got the basic $30 detail and I was actually impressed. The waiting area for me and the kids was nice and clean. They were fast and efficient. I will be back soon to have the seats and carpet deep cleaned! read more

If you have an hour + to waste on a slow time of the day, this is the place to come. OMG, I could feel my body aging as I was waiting for my car. Took forever to get it done. Since the new management took over, service went down the toilet and prices have gone up. Highly disappointed! read more

Red Oak Car Wash - It's Wednesday afternoon, 1:13 pm, 3 cars waiting, been here since 12:03p, and still my car is nowhere to be seen. - Car Wash Near Me - Red Oak, Texas

The car wash was open and looked very new when I pulled in. I was on my way to my best friend's house and they were still out shopping so I decided to stop by and see if this car wash would be a pit stop on my way to the best friend's house. I asked to have the hand wax and interior detail done and overall they did a good job. There were still some areas that could have been cleaned a little better, but they were in hard to reach areas that even I couldn't have gotten to. As for stopping here, I think I'll stick to the one by my house that offers full-service car washes and detailing as I pay a flat monthly rate to use it as much as I want. If I was in a pinch, I would stop here and use their services again. read more

Pathetic is the best I can say. 30 bucks and I could have had it cleaner going to the 8 $ automatic wash. I came home and spent another hour doing it right. When I showed how dirty it still was to the manager he did not care: " Just said find someplace else they had plenty of customers ". And yes that is a Quote. I've been to this car wash a few times. I come here for convenience. Service had been sub par. Months ago I was sold a $50 super duper special wash. I didn't even notice the difference compared to a regular wash. This time I was charged an oversized fee. I drive a Prius. How is my car oversized? I wonder what they charge a SUV or truck. They missed vacuuming 2 of my cup holders. They had 4 guys working on my car and my car was the only one there but neither one of them was able get it apparently. Never coming here again. read more

It took just over an hour to even get my car started. I got the PLATINUM car wash and the inside was not cleaned. Mabye wiped down with a towel. The crumbs were still in where the gear shift is. And crumbs on the floor of the car still. It was a ridiculous wait. They were not that busy. But only two people were there working. That's ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE!! read more

Horrible service. Was a loyalty member here but their service has gone downhill and prices up. Not renewing my membership. They make you drive your own vehicle through now, drag hoses all over your car, and half ass dry it off. I had to grab a rag just to properly dry it off myself. read more

In the past I've taken my cars there to be washed and detailed but in the past year I've noticed very poor quality and typically have to clean the car myself afterwards. Today it was much worse! Foot print on my bumper where they climbed up to wipe off my truck, windows are smeared with something, none of the chrome wiped down and ended up with water spots, interior didn't look like it had been cleaned, spots on the inside windshield and glass because they didn't clean the inside glass, wheels not clean and still dirty, one tire was missed with tire shine, and water spots on the body due to poor cleaning. I had to wipe down the truck again, inside and out, and apply tire shine to the tire they did not do. In my opinion, after giving this business my money for the past few years, this is the worse carwash service. Do not waste your money! read more

I was very disappointed with the service and the gentlemen in charge really doesn't listen. You pay more than anywhere else and get subpar service. I would never use them again. Less than standard service and poor customer service! read more

Unless you want to get an hour long car wash, do not come here! It literally took 34 mins before my car even entered the wash area. I waited in the lobby thinking my car was already sitting outside waiting to be shined only to find out it hadn't even entered the wash! It was a car away from entering! There's was hardly nobody there maybe 5 cars at the most and at least 7 employees. They were all teenagers of course! My car was ok. But for $25 I could of went to camp wisdom and 20 been out in 25 mins with a damn good car wash. Sorry red oak car wash, I hate leaving bad reviews but this establishment needs adjusting. read more

We have been coming here for a few years. I do not I ow what has changed in the last 10 months. This place is horrible. We paid for platinum service and my windows were still filthy and streaked. The driver floor board was not vacuumed. The bugs were all over the outside of my car. We asked to speak to someone. All he said was what do you want me to do? I replied, re wash the car please. That's what I paid for a clean detailed car. That took another 30 minutes. My car came out and no one wiped it down. I got in my car to drive off I spoke to another manager and he said oh well! Really? I will never return there. They do not care about loyal customers read more

I parked my car beside a sprinkler system that sprayed pond water on it overnight, then the sun baked on the mineral deposits the next day. The car was mottled and spotted with raised deposits. The attendant saw the spots and warned me that just a regular wash probably wouldn't be enough to get the deposits off. He was right. After washing and drying the car, the worst spots were still present. He told me a hand wax *might* get off the deposits, and hand-waxed (no charge) tested a few areas off the car, but the hand waxing didn't help either. The only way to really get off the deposits would be buffing, but that can take a couple of hours (which I didn't have). I'll take the car back for that buffing when I get a chance. All the attendants at the Red Oak Carwash were very helpful and friendly; far more so than any other carwash that I've been to. read more

This place will rip you off!!! I drive a Mitsubishi Mirage and they wanted to charge me an extra $2.00 for an over-sized vehicle. When I asked the manager why he considered my compact car an SUV ( I even pulled it up on my phone so he could see it was indeed a compact car), he stated he wasn't going to argue with me the $2.00 stands because I was driving an SUV. If I didn't want to pay the extra charge I could leave. Guess what I did??? I left. There was no way I was going to pay the extra amount for a SUV when I was driving a compact (some consider my car a sub-compact) car!!! I have heard from many other individuals through "Nextdoor", who have had similar issues. Don't go to Red Oak Car Wash!!!! read more

Stay away from here! Completely disorganized and not nearly enough employees. The format of this car wash has changed completely and whoever is running this has no idea what they are doing. "express" wash took 25 minutes to even start the wash and I was #2 in line. The employees look like they are moving in slow motion. What a joke! read more

DO NOT GO HERE. They scratched up the sides of my car and refused to acknowledge that they did it. Incredibly rude about it. I got there around 6pm on 9/15/15 and they seemed very nice until I paid for it and then they back VERY rude. Rushed through with my car, didn't clean any of the windows (I paid for them and all the interior to be done) and watched them. It do it. And then when I got home I noticed a TON of scratches on the side of my bright red car. Absolutely the worst experience and I highly encourage finding a different option. read more

I gave them one star to get the review started. There should be a negative star rating. Spots all over car after "platinum" service. $169 for a complete detail plus $15 tip which I wished had not have. My husband had to clean the wheels when I got home because they were filthy. If they did wax the car (which I'm doubtful) they did it over tree sap and bugs. I could have gotten the same thing for the $29.99. This isn't the first time I've had this happen but thought I would give them another chance. That was the last chance. I'll go elsewhere. read more
