We visited Crooked Lane Brewery just to sample this family owned and operated food truck superstar. The sandwich board menu had some delish options so I'm thankful our party of 6 was able to order the perfect cross section of food. I chose the chicken philly, hubs got the ribs, kids were cheeseburgers all the way. My 75 years young aunt dared to try the jalapeño poppers. We all shared a bit to get a taste of everything. Chicken Philly was pretty darn tatsy. The bread was soft and fresh. I'm usually only a fan of the cole slaw I make but i had to try this bacon cole slaw. It was simply perfect! I would have never thought I would ever utter those words about cole slaw...pigs must be flying somewhere. Cheeseburgers were solid. Definitely a crowd pleaser. Poppers were good. Not the best ever but creamy and just enough kick. Ribs were "off the hook" said my grill master husband. He bbq's about 4 times a week and he can make anything on the grill taste fire!!
