Dropped my boat off before they opened , called them at open and said I wanted to pick it up before it starts raining .. no problem.. they never called , drive there at 430pn, boat was sitting on the street where I left it 9 hours earlier. I asked him why did I make an appointment two weeks ago for today if they weren't even going to touch it? His exact words. "That's how we do business".. for you long time customers I'm sure you're ok with how they do business, but for anyone thinking about using this place , BEWARE!!

I sent pictures, and brand model, through emails and schedule to come out today. When we arrived there they look at it for 3 mins and then tell us to go to another buddy's wielding place instead.... 16mins away.... He called his buddy wielding place and personal phone was not answering. I took my boat here because I hope these "boat expert" to finish the Job but nope. Joke aside but They probably very good at repairing other things about boat but not wielding boat cracks. I felt lied to and disappointed. It took about 2 days exchanging messages and pictures. I to drove 45 mins to get there with crazy rush hour and Driving back home with rush again. Waste my time here. Just go to a local wielding place. If you reading this review I hope this helps.

Brought the boat in to be repaired. They fixed the problem kind of. Spent close to $1000.00…read moredollars. Picked it up and went directly to the lake. Motor started right up. Ran terrible after a minute. Called them from the lake and then brought it to them. They tried to figure out the problem kind of. A half hearted try. Said they didn't know the problem and sorry we don't have the answer. They said they didn't have the time to bring it to a lake so it was like sorry nothing we can do. $1000 bucks and it runs worse. No resolution at all.
