worst experience I've had in my entire life. brought my boat in for service and both my fish finders were stolen from their lot and the owner was rude and offered no apology, he shrugged his shoulders and told me to contact my insurance company even though he was liable for the theft's. long story short I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

I bought a used glastron fish and ski and had nothing but problems. First the starter went out. Had it replaced and had the same problem again. I had to cover the cost for repairs since it was past the warranty. After second time I looked into it myself and discovered it was a defective cable connection to the starter. After bringing my boat in for insurance work on the lower unit they told me that my manifold had a leak likely from water left in the manifold. I decided to fix the manifold myself since they insisted I replace the engine. Glad I did because I discovered that the manifold had been patched at some point. Likely patch before they put it on the market. Once I finally got it back in the water I discovered the rebuild lower unit was leaking oil. This year I pulled the housing out that seals the prop shaft and found it was missing the O ring and had a damaged seal at the prop shaft. So much for quality repairs. If you are looking for repairs or use boat, don't walk but run to another dealer. read more

Brought my Minnkota Ulterra here for repair work and Tim in Support said it would take about a week. That's incredibly fast in the marine repair world, I was skeptical but brought my Motor in anyway. Less than a week the belt is replaced and my turning motor fixed which was acting up, both fixed in 4 business days. Sadly only complainers go out of their way to write reviews, this company has always steered me right. read more

From initial email contact, (immediate replies), negotiated trade price to first in person meetings, adding accessories, financing, walk through at delivery, quick paperwork answering questions... Horrible place, bring lots of money to throw away. they dont give a crap. brought engine there for repair, they did nothing charged me $600 and left me stranded in the middle of the Mississippi, was counting on them and let them know that. Cool local place... Good selection of pontoons and fishing/sport boats in the showroom you are encouraged to walk onto (even kids are happily allowed to crawl all over them). Good sized accessories area, with all kinds of stuff you might need.. lines, bumpers, ski tubes, anchors, flags, etc, etc, etc. OH, salespeople are not pushy at all. They want to talk a bit but didn't bug me to death while we were there. You could definitely come to "look" and not feel pressured to "buy". read more

Wasn't sure what to expect with some of the ratings I was seeing. Called and spoke to Randy about putting a Suzuki 9.9 on my ranger and he was awesome. They were the best price of 6 places I got quoted from and did the work in 2 days. Randy called after the first day about some "extra work" (my boat did't have a fuel line connection for the kicker like we thought) and asked if I wanted them to do the work. They didn't just do the work and tell me when I picked it up and I appreciated it. Do not hesitate to go see these guys. They were all super friendly and I for sure be using them again. read more

Bought a $50,000 brand new pontoon in July 2017 from them. Stereo wasn't working. Had troubles turning it on. When it would go on there was crackling through all the speakers. Had them out to "fix" it. Didn't get fixed. Tried to get them back out. They never came back out. Season ended and boat went into storage. 2018 season is here and boat is out of storage. Called them to come back out. Was told Steve would be out. Few days go by and no call from Steve as promised. The marina we keep our boat at was nice enough to look at it for us to help speed things up. The deck is bad and needs to be replaced- still under warranty. Called Dan's back and was told Steve would be out when he could. They have 4 other service calls in the area of our marina that take priority because they have been waiting. We have been waiting since last year!!! The guy who answers in the service department always refuses to give his name and is the rudest person I have ever spoken with. We've heard the horror stories of getting service done but we had decided to give them the benefit of the doubt when we agreed to purchase our pontoon here. It has been an awful experience. Got a FB response asking us to bring the boat in tomorrow. No! We were told they would come to our marina. So frustrating!!!!! read more

They have plenty of business, so you should expect to be treated like you are a nuisance. Our pontoon salesman was excellent, and he did a fantastic job of showing us how to use the boat and trailer, but the service staff is pretty terrible. Cost is on the high end but you are paying for proximity to Minneapolis. read more
