I've purchased Porta Dock docks , Shoremaster lifts and many lake home toys and accessories from them. They are very competitive on price and in most cases, willing to flex a bit to gain a customer. I've had issues arise and inevitably they've gone out of their way to quickly get a replacement part that I lost /damaged and more recently help me fix my neighbors port a lift. As I've aged they steered me towards replacement dock steps that are adjustable and perfect. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Anyone who answers is always helpful.
