I was referred to Dr Morrison's office from my kids' primary pediatric physician. I called for an appointment last minute and was greeted by Steve. He was very understanding, letting me know they were booked up for days and wouldn't be able to see my daughter, but took my information down to see if he can squeeze here in regardless. I received a call an hour later that he was able to squeeze me in about 45 minutes later if we can make it, which we did... When we arrived, we filled out the usual paper work, provided ID and insurance, then waited in the waiting room for about 20 minutes. Definitely not complaining here since it was a last minute appointment that was squeezed in. They brought us in to an exam room and about 5/10 minutes later Dr Morrison walks in. To me, she seemed very genuine and caring, talking with my daughter and I to identify the problem. Not wanting to get into the details here, but Dr Sullivan was very forthcoming and honest with me, which is exactly what I want from a doctor. So very happy with my visit to her office. Need to mention: - parking deck and entrance is not on Newark, it is on the opposite side of the building. - they do not take cred cards.

Dr Whelan's office is a joke…read more Ive been suffering from hemorrhoids from pregnancy and made an appointment over the phone. Weirdly enough I didn't see my appointment on my Northwell App. When I called the office again, I found out that they had moved my appointment to a different day. They then proceeded to move my appointment two more times without asking me. The day of my appointment, they called me 3 hours prior to see if I can come 1 hour early. I've never seen doctor's office being this unprofessional with scheduling and was nervous on going. When I arrived at the office, I was told that my insurance required a referral. I needed to get a referral on the spot or the doctor won't see me. First of all, I'm on a PPO plan where referrals aren't necessary. Also, the office have had my insurance information on file for over 2 weeks and have not contacted me once to ask if I've had a referral. The front desk lady told me that I need to call the insurance company myself to figure it out and refused to let me see the doctor! Glad I dragged my 6 month pregnant self all the way up town to just be denied seeing the doctor. Also there was no patient in the entire office, the whole place was creepy and poorly ran! And the police came in mid way and asked to question one of the medical assistants. Do not waste your time with these guys and go to a real doctor!!!

The prep before with SuPrep was truly awful but what a contrast as soon as I arrived for my appointment at The David Koch Center on the Upper East Side. The facility is modern, almost new, and gorgeous! I even had my own private room (there was no general waiting room). Then a series of nurses, technicians, the anesthesiologist and Dr. Crawford visited me to ask questions and explain the upcoming procedure. All were very friendly and clearly skillful. Dr. Crawford has a wonderful bedside manner and answered all my questions before and after the procedure. I felt fully confident that I was in great hands. The colonoscopy was very quick and before I knew it I was back in my room (the recovery room) feeling great, with no discomfort whatsoever. Then I was offered juice and coffee. Quickly after, Dr. Crawford came in to explain the results. I heartily recommend Dr. Crawford and his large team. You will also be tremendously impressed. I guarantee it!!

SOMETHING THAT ANY OTHER DR OFFICE HAS DONE. 2 weeks later NO EMAIL WAS EVER SENT, I call this office again and a lady stated she was the Office Manager who had my information and guaranteed me she will email me the forms and NEVER DID. I called the Manhattan Office and unfortunately I spoke with Daisy who cut me off every single second and refuse to help by telling Dr Turtel this incident and see how can I get the form, instead Daisy was "Very Bothered" by my phone call. I will not waste my time with this Doctor since his staff is not friendly nor reliable.

My parents had been going to him for as long as I can remember. My sister switched to him and I started using him as my PC ever since my pediatrician abandoned me lol. It took a lot of convincing before we were able to switch my grandmother over to him too and it was so worth it. (Her previous PC was located above Kam Man and it was terrible. The wait was 5x as long and they are anything but detailed.) I really appreciate all the work he does for my family, especially my mom, who needs extra care. Although I do not visit the doctors office often, I feel like I get premium care when I am there. Just taking my knee pains for example, when I had visited another doctor's office for convenience sake (they also had no wait time. It was 5 minutes wait max), they just told me they did not feel like anything was wrong and to just give it some time. When I went to Dr. Lau, he went into detail telling me what might be causing the pain, how my recent lifestyle changes could have impacted it and what I should do to ease the pain, even telling me how to look for the appropriate shoes. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

He remembers my family medical history and makes me feel at ease during every visit. Even though he's always busy, he tries his best to answer all my questions and patiently listens to my bragging as well as my feedback in terms of his given advice or prescription(s). I believe that his medical information are sincere and not for the sake of selling the drug. The consultation fees are reasonable and he would not overcharge for his services. During the times when I have to pay out of my pocket, he provides discounts (upon request) and drug samples to help me out. Although it didn't make a big difference, I feel appreciated because the price reduction is only given out to his long-term valuable clients. I like his new office (less than 2 blocks radius) because it is much cleaner and roomier as compared to his old location. The staffs are always nice and cheerful. Unlike other clinics, their customer service team is polite and helpful regardless in-person or by-phone. I notice that they are really trying to assist instead of directing the inquiry to other parties and diffusing their responsibilities. One thing I do not enjoy is the waiting time. I always arrive there prior to my appointment and yet, I have to wait for at least another half hour for my turn. Why are they letting the walk-in patients (who arrived 5 minutes before me) to be seen first? What is the point of scheduling an appointment then? I understand the fact that Dr Lau has a huge list of clients but I have to say that such action is unfair and he needs to improve on his (appointment) time management. I have seen Dr Lau for almost 12 years up to date. Overall, I am pleased with his service throughout the years. I trust Dr Lau and I would highly recommend Dr Lau to anyone!
