Kiddsmiles is so good that I couldn't not post a review on my actual Yelp account, so here it is. It doesn't get much better than Kiddsmiles. They treat you like family. I even like how the staff will call the parents "mom" and "dad". It really makes the kids feel at home and comfortable. My son thoroughly enjoyed his first visit to the dentist and we can't wait to return in the fall for his next check-up.

My daughter missed half a day of school because of this. Asked for a doctors note they said no unless I was seen. Stated that I could wait to see if anyone cancels. Why would I wait so she can miss a full day of school. But I have the phone record when I called yesterday literally confirmed ! Margret's excuse was I spoke to another office! Dr. Schaffer and his wife as well as Dr. Greco and the rest of their staff are absolutely incredible. From the moment you walk in till the moment you walk out , you will notice that they prioritize patient care and are all about your comfort I've had several cavities done here and when I first came, they saved me from needing a root canal and got my tooth back to normal. They are very friendly and professional, I tell everybody to come here.

Recently I decided to take the leap and get Invisalign with her and nothing but 5 stars for the process and service. She answered all my questions and concerns. She kept on top of my progress especially when we had to add extra aligners. Under a year and my teeth crowding has been fixed and she even fixed my chipped teeth/worned down edges to make my smile look amazing. Highly recommend going here.

There were countless times when I sat wishing I had a dentist who was as kind and patient as he was. My oldest would fly in from the west coast just to continue dental visits with him. I found Dr. John to be thorough and understanding of the needs of children. He has this neat trick where he tells the kids to look out the window at a bird as he gives them a needle in the mouth. The dentists I had been to previously were very judgmental and not at all sympathetic to my emotional needs. I had so many bad dental experiences that I had almost given up hope. What first struck me was his kindness, warmth and reassurance. Other dentists I had been to were condescending, but Dr. Levy was uplifting in his approach. He spent a huge amount of time with me and fully answered all my questions and concerns. All my options were explained in detail. No other dentist had ever done that before. He is the first dentist that ever did a thorough oral cancer exam on me. His office staff is wonderful and greets you with a smile. The office is spotless and clean! All latest technology is used. Dr. Levy is the extremely professional, gentle and is a perfectionist. I highly recommend him!

Hes office refers a DDS to perform the temporary crowns , who did great work. I schedule a cleaning and a follow up for the following week. I get a call from Levy who is angry because I did not get implants. He refuses to do the crowns and then terminates me from the practice. You cannot make this up. So unprofessional, As a patient I should know what is or not the course of action. Remember the referral came from Levy's office.

Earlier in the week, I called to find out if insurance covers it or if I need to pay out of pocket and how much it would be. I was told no problem that they would run it through insurance. Today around 2:30ish, I get a phone call from them. I'm told I have to cancel the appointment or pay out of pocket and I owe the over a thousand dollars and my not 1 but 2 insurances are denying all their claims for the past 2 years. This is the first that I'm hearing about it. If there's a problem, why wait 2 years to mention it? I'm told by the secretary that I need to call Met Life and Delta Dental fix everything. Basically do her job and not get paid. Meanwhile my kids are coming home for school. I call Met Life and speak with a nice lady. She finds the letter in my folder confirming the Delta Dental is the secondary insurance. She says that she will reprocess the claims and even does a conference call with the dentist office. The secretary kept saying at least 3 times "there's no proof that by reprocessing the claims means that they will be paid." I don't see why they wouldn't be paid since we were all insured and she has proof that Met Life is the primary. My eldest son had his wisdom teeth removed as a specialist office with no problems and it was covered. My daughter had braces and that was covered with no problems. I did have to pay a portion, but I didn't have any issues with my insurances not covering it. I asked to speak with the owner about this. I was told she was busy. The only way I could keep tomorrow's appointment would be to pay out of pocket. Now it's not about the money. I'm upset with how I was treated. I had a bomb dropped on my lap and was asked to fix it at a most inconvenient time. I don't need the aggravation. I also think that its unprofessional for the owner to not return my phone call.

Anyone who knows me knows I have a nearly impossible schedule if any plans need to be made. Top of the list of things I almost can never get around to is the dentist! No good dentist has late appointments or weekend appointments. In steps Dr. Mangiaracina. I called late on a Saturday and left a voicemail. Totally not expecting anyone to answer but she herself called me back within 15 mins. I explained how my old dentist no longer accepted my insurance and I have a crazy schedule. What ensued was a great conversation and she promised to work with me. My first visit she did an exam and told me I had a broken tooth & she could do an overlay and save the tooth instead of putting a cap on. I love how she thinks. Then I knew I loved her when she told me she was going to bond another tooth that 3 other dentists insisted that I get root canal & a cap. I refused all 3 because I know my tooth was fine just chipped. She put up with my crazy schedule and accommodated me and got the work done. And I might add with NO NOVOCAIN!!!
