He carefully listened to my dilemma, offered advice as to possible solutions, helped me design a viable solution, and helped save me money by identifying where I could buy the necessary hardware. Stephen and Chris arrived at our home at the agreed upon time two days later and worked diligently to install replacement locks, deadbolts, and a digital deadbolt for our entry doors. Their work was of the highest quality and they educated us as to how to use our new locks. When they left, they removed all debris and at our request removed the replaced hardware. The cost was very reasonable and they left a very satisfied customer behind. I can recommend this locksmith without reservation! If you need a locksmith, this is your answer!

He came as expected and was able to get the door to the laundry room open in less than 1 minute so that I could get into the house. He was on time and immediately performed the job when he arrived. He also communicated in terms of his arrival quite well during while my wait time. After I paid him and he left, I noticed that I couldn't get the same door open to get into my garage from the house, even after unlocking it. It was stuck. He did reluctantly return and was able to get the job done on his way to another city late at night. He was able to replace a part and get the door unlocked, and I did have to pay him an additional fee, but I felt that he should've checked to make sure the door opened back after the initial job. However, I paid it and am quite pleased with several aspects of his performance. I would highly recommend him for his communication, promptness, and expertise to get the job done quickly and correctly.
