The door is clearly labelled and opens with ease. You simply walk up the stairs and through the door. The outer office has plenty of comfy seating and lots of pamphlets and fliers full of useful information. There are multiple people available as part of this group. I have seen Nina twice since my first review. She is warm, welcoming, smart, and very understanding. I'm sure she could make anyone feel right at ease. Her room is full of comfy places to sit with atmosphere that lends itself to being able to talk. While I haven't seen the rooms used by the others I'm sure each is as comfy.
