I wasn't really sure about meditation in general. In my life I had many negative experiences with religion and other meditations. I felt some changes here and there but mostly just temporary. I didn't feel changes in the first month here but I came almost everyday online. I did feel really comfortable at the center and online so I kept trying. I did feel frustrated but the meditation guides kept encouraging me. My problem was that I couldn't recall my mind very well. But slowly the memories started coming back. As I threw them away, I started to feel lighter and more calm outside of meditation in daily life and my sleep improved. So far I give it 5 stars because it has helped me more than I thought. I am curious about what other changes will happen. Looking forward to working on myself more.

She launched into some of the messages that she was receiving from spirits and asked me by very eerily accurate description to identify them. I received a spiritual confirmation on many questions I had about people in my life--both past and present--as well as some direction and suggestions for the months ahead to give me clarity.
