The hypnotist was perfectly nice, although sometimes would run late for our sessions. I am a year out from this treatment and I can unequivocally say it had no effect and I experienced no weight loss. It did not change how I think about food nor did it make me no longer experience sugar cravings which is what was my main focus. I do feel I was being hypnotized but maybe one would argue not in the correct way, which I wouldn't know what that would be. Also maybe giving this service online isn't the best course of treatment either but you'd hope if you're offering online services the treatment would be the same. All this to say it was an incredible cost without any benefit. I would caution anyone who is interested in this treatment to learn more and understand the large financial cost to see if it's worth it. If I'm being honest I felt a bit fleeced by the whole thing especially since once it was done it was done and I never heard from anyone at MMH again. I acknowledge and assume others truly have had success but I did not and I am thoroughly disappointed. Thanks for reading.

Dr. JB, as I fondly call him, was the most thorough, empathetic, and trustworthy Psychiatrist I had ever met. He had a complete neurological work-up completed on me to rule out any physical causes of my symptoms. He spent a great deal of time with me, asking questions no one had asked before. Then, he met with my husband and I to share the results. He explained my diagnosis, and said it would be very difficult to determine which treatment plan would work, and that we'd have to make adjustments to that plan for the rest of my life. He promised that if I didn't give up on him, he wouldn't give up on me. And he meant it. All these years later, although I am now disabled, I live a much more stable life, because I've learned what I must do, and what I must avoid to stay as well as possible. I am really glad I chose this place. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and courteous and my PT has helped me a lot in just 3 visits .
