The door is clearly labelled and opens with ease. You simply walk up the stairs and through the door. The outer office has plenty of comfy seating and lots of pamphlets and fliers full of useful information. There are multiple people available as part of this group. I have seen Nina twice since my first review. She is warm, welcoming, smart, and very understanding. I'm sure she could make anyone feel right at ease. Her room is full of comfy places to sit with atmosphere that lends itself to being able to talk. While I haven't seen the rooms used by the others I'm sure each is as comfy.

Working with Julie Price truly changed my life. I've worked with other therapists and I've never…read morefound the balance of compassion and competence that I found in Julie. She helped me learn, and put into practice, the skills that I needed to move forward to the next phase of my life. The changes began after my very first session. Working with her for just a year, I was able to plan a move across the country and get a job I would have originally been too stuck to even apply to. Helping me understand the flux and flows of life, Julie helped me through my cousin getting a cancer diagnosis, understanding how to set boundaries for myself, and how to break out of my family role while also helping me tackle the emotional reactions that all these situations evoked. Julie is honest and a catalyst for growth. Sometimes I didn't want to hear what she had to say, but I always needed to hear it. She helped me conceptualize tools and skills that I can take with me and work on everywhere I go, I always left her office knowing exactly the step I needed to take and with back up plans in place in case I needed them. Throughout therapy I felt empowered, and when I was frustrated, I felt supported. I grew more, emotionally and as a young adult, in just the year I worked with her than any other given year of my life at once. Julie got me out of my head and making moves in the physical world that really showed results in my life and changed the way I view myself and how I connect with the world around me. I highly recommended her to anyone who is seeking therapy because I genuinely believe that if you're ready to put in the work, Julie can help guide you on your journey forward.

The first time I went here it was simply phenomenal everyone got along with each other and everyone wanted to see everyone grow and be a better person. The second time around not so much in my opinion the patients would judge the person more just for playing a game on the phone during break time not during the group session when we have to talk no during break time it's not really the other person business anyways everyone is going for themselves not to be picked on for texting or playing a game on the phone when you have that initial break. When I was sitting in my chair one of the patients got up and pretended to kick me in the shin I never had that issue happen to me anywhere with adults in a professional setting. I was really glad Sam stood up for me and took him out of the room and told his ass where to go because it isn't normal for a patient to go up to another patient and start pretending to kick him or say your so angry and can't control yourself when the other person isn't bothering you IOP should be a place of non judgement because if your going some way that causes you to have more anxiety that's not the place anyone with mental health issues should be. I still remember when I was sitting outside having a panic attack at the table by the bathroom and some old worker walked in front of me not even asking are you ok he just continued to walk back and fourth I was like wow nice place. The only person here that always supported me was Samantha even when pot was legal they wanted to breathalyzer me before going in the place why just why Sam made sure to hold the assholes off my back thank you for that? Even the doctor sees me having a panic attack and she didn't care she just went back into her room. The thing that got me here is when I came back for my second week one of female chaplains looked at me in front of everyone and said o you are back Chris is that really any of your business your business should preach and walk and talk like Jesus not worrying it's someone second time around in group that just made everyone else in the room turn and look at me. I mean it's really sad when your patients are complaining there isn't no snacks and there spoiled snacks from last year and Griffin didn't care nice place there was only one worker that did care and made sure everything was perfect and her name was Sam if your looking to feel better mentally just trust Sam because she is the only worker here that will actually take the time to listen and care not to shove a pill down your throat for a paycheck she most definitely deserves a raise working amongst her other workers it has to be stressful doing everyone else job for them. All and all if you need to talk not all the patients in the room here are assholes the second time around there were a few that were not judgemental she actually seen my panic attack and gave me a hug a man doesn't forget ever what happens she was even nice enough to donate 50 bucks twords me getting another bunny that's a true person right there. Sam always did make me feel safe and secure without her in charge the place and the rest of the staff in charge is a shit show plain and simple. One thing I can say Sam you deserve your own office if I was you have the patients you have now and swap them to a place your running in charge because you care for the patient not what's in there Pocket.

She had a bitchy attitude to begin with. Maybe because I'm not a child they treat anyone over the age of 18 like degenerates. Know your role receptionist. The women working in the office are very rude. I made an appointment a week ago for a physical which they confirmed. They apparently called and texted a phone number that wasn't mine on file or the one I called from to make the appointment. Then they were telling me they needed to confirm the appointment but when I call to make an appointment there shouldn't need to be a second confirmation. They told me "we can't see you today" so I left and there was nothing said after that. Not a have a good day or nothing. Very uncomfortable and disgusting attitudes. Anyway they suck and are very rude women working in there. Glad I won't be back and I'll never bring my kids here
