As soon as we were in the waiting room she was rushing us to fill out the 4 sheets of paper work. We were on time for our appointment. When we got into her office I sensed her annoyance with us. My son was trying to help me with some of her questions. She yelled at him. Spoke to him like he was garbage. Did I mention we were their because my son has an emotional disorder. At this point I had to ask her what was causing her annoyance. She explained rudely that she has a lot of info and not enough time. I told her she was terribly unprofessional and rude and we were never going to be able to establish a relationship with her and we left. Unfortunately I don't have the time to go into exact details of how this all went down but it was much worse then It sounds because I would have delt with a bitchy person but she was a monster. Don't waist your time with this place. This Dr does not deserve to treat your child. I had to explain to my son that he was going to have to deal with people like her in life and not to ever let anyone to treat you like that.

Unfortunately, my experience with him over the years left me feeling increasingly dismissed, disrespected, and unsupported as a patient. He held his patients to strict expectations regarding punctuality, often reacting harshly if someone was even two minutes late, yet did not appear to hold himself to the same standard. More concerning was the way he approached mental health care. Rather than making me feel heard, understood, or supported in managing my mental health challenges, I often felt as though my concerns were an inconvenience. My appointments frequently felt rushed, with the primary focus seeming to be medication management rather than a meaningful therapeutic relationship. After eight years as his patient, I was particularly disappointed by how abruptly our professional relationship ended. Despite my longstanding history with him and having referred him to one of the companies I work with, I received a phone call informing me that I would no longer be treated by him. This occurred just three weeks after I began working with the practice I had referred him to. The apparent reason was that I had arrived eight minutes late to a single appointment because both of my children were home that day. In eight years, I had never been late before. I understand the importance of appointment policies and respecting a provider's time. However, I also believe that long-term patients deserve compassion, professionalism, and consideration, particularly when unexpected family circumstances arise. After eight years of trust and continuity of care, I found it deeply disappointing that a single instance of tardiness appeared to outweigh our entire history as provider and patient. What was most upsetting was not simply being discharged, but the manner in which it was handled. I expected a conversation, an opportunity to address the situation, or at the very least, a more thoughtful and compassionate approach to ending care. Ultimately, this experience left me questioning whether patient well-being and continuity of care were truly priorities. I believe mental health professionals have a responsibility to treat patients as individuals who deserve empathy, respect, and dignity--not as appointment slots or prescription renewals. Based on my personal experience, I would encourage prospective patients to carefully consider whether this provider's approach to patient care aligns with their needs and expectations. I believe compassion, accountability, and mutual respect should be fundamental components of any therapeutic relationship, and unfortunately, that was not how I felt treated in the end.

I really don't recommend this place. after trying to reschedule an appointment i was told by the…read morereceptionist that she'd call me back because their "system is being slow" she never called back. a day later I called the office again and she then told me she can't make appointments for medication at this time, no explanation whatsoever. So I told her I don't want to be a patient anymore in that case.. I was extremely hurt by this and my partner found it sketchy so he called the office... come to find out, they basically decided to fire me as a patient without notifying me, and didn't want to schedule any further appointments for me because I cancelled my last one. so by their poor judgment they thought that meant I wasn't serious about treatment. Essentially giving up on me.
