The intake counselor was extremely calm and nice, and the assigned counselor I am seeing now is fantastic! He really makes me feel better about everything that bothers me! Plus I have not had to wait longer than 5 minutes on any occasion... and if you get there early they commonly take you in early instead of making you wait. They don't seem to overbook so there is usually no lines or anything. One of my favorite aspects is none of the counselors try to shove meds down your throat.... they consider meds a "last resort" reserved for people with serious issues. They want YOU to work on YOU before even considering using meds to solve the underlying issues. Which is great because I am pretty paranoid about meds! PS - I am pretty sure this is a secondary base, I think the primary "headquarters" is on Thomaston Ave.

My son has a critical illness which I mentioned, and they suddenly couldn't see him. Very disappointed in the lack of care and compassion from this practice! Agree with the other poster that the front desk staff are particularly rude, most times we have engaged with them they are very rude.

The women working in the office are very rude. I made an appointment a week ago for a physical which they confirmed. They apparently called and texted a phone number that wasn't mine on file or the one I called from to make the appointment. Then they were telling me they needed to confirm the appointment but when I call to make an appointment there shouldn't need to be a second confirmation. They told me "we can't see you today" so I left and there was nothing said after that. Not a have a good day or nothing. Very uncomfortable and disgusting attitudes. Anyway they suck and are very rude women working in there. Glad I won't be back and I'll never bring my kids here

Not only did she get back to me within a weeks time, she set up an appointment ASAP. Ever since she has been AMAZING! Anytime I am feeling off i can text her and she will answer within a few hours. Not only that but she has been so flexible with appointments and rescheduling if I need to. I accidentally stood her up one day and she was so understanding and amazing. Plus her techniques and having her to bounce ideas off of is so helpful. I would recommend her to anyone who is having a rough time and needs a "friend" to talk with.

I was doing stairs 2 hours after my operation and I did not do one step at Rehab Associates. My new rehab place and my in house therapist for my right knee both said my left knee should have been further along AND I did more PT at home than I did at Rehab Associates. Complete waste of time. I could not recommend them at all. They just care about hurrying up, getting you in and getting you out. My half hour session consisted of 5 minutes on the bike and 5 minutes icing you down. How much therapy do you get for 20 minutes, not much.

I was referred because of neck pain and after 8 treatments, I am feeling so much better. My therapist Jhasson was amazing. Through neck stretching and strengthening exercises for the past 8 sessions, he has helped me understand the problem and walked me through exercises I can continue to do at home to strengthen my shoulder & neck muscles. He demonstrates a kind and caring manner & is an excellent communicator. I would definitely recommend him to others! I was very nervous at first, going to a new Doctor & new practice (new for me), mostly concerned about the level of quality care & attention that I need, (being a patient of many other Doctors for a variety of reasons"ailments" for 30+ years). However, Dr. Ardon alleviated all of my concerns from early on and ever since. Her care for patients health & well-being is beyond compare in this day & age. She's more than experienced, super dedicated to her patients, and very understanding. She truly cares & she demonstrates that in the lengths she goes to get to know & care for her patients.
