Sorry to hear, but it wasn't until April 21, 2021 that you text me that you were suffering from Covid. While I can totally understand how this can debilitate you physically and emotionally AND financially, at this point which is 2-1/2 months AFTER I had asked you to do my taxes, they should have been completed back in February. I contacted you February 9, 2021 and never, not once said you were suffering from Covid. At any point from February 9, 2021 to June, you had a responsibility to either complete my tax returns or let me know you could not physically do them. It was good to meet somebody in person and it did not take too long either. I really love the way that they handle business, they provide a checklist on what exactly you will need to provide as well as they have a secure online portal where you are able to upload all of your documents therefore you do not have to go in in order to drop off any information that is needed to do your taxes.
