That Dr. Shah personally reached out to me shows me she really cares . She is an excellent Dr. with a good bedside manner and deserves another chance. I'm now confident future experiences with her staff will be better . I would have given zero stars if possible, Dr. Shah is a fine Dr. but her office is rude, unprofessional and make her practice unworthy of my time. Recently I asked her office to help me fill out paperwork for FMLA, a chronic pain condition I have. Never have encountered such uncaring and unprofessional desk staff. I literally wasted 2 paid sick days and numerous phone calls which no one even bothered to return. I was simply attempting to ascertain if they can assist with filling this paper work out. I'm actually tempted to file an official complaint with the state, I'm floored that a staff could be this rude and incompetent, Dr. Shah you have a huge administrative / staff problem

I was referred to Dr. Gaudin because of an extruded disk at L4-L5 that left me in unbearable pain and unable to walk unassisted. Despite my anxiety about surgery, Dr. Gaudin's genuine concern and overwhelming knowledge of his field gave me confidence. Dr. Gaudin has a good reputation for taking the time to sit down with his patients, ensuring we feel heard and supported. His dedication, both during and after office hours, kept me well-informed and prepared. His approach was conservative; he didn't "force" surgery, didn't make any false promises and he suggested physical therapy and/or pain management as options. I ended up having a minimally invasive OLIF procedure and, thankfully, today, I am walking normally and pain-free. I am forever grateful for Dr. Gaudin's next-level expertise and remarkable surgical skills. Highly recommended!

I needed four wisdom teeth removed in a hospital setting due to other complex and rare medical conditions I have. For the past year, I went to six other oral surgeons explaining the care I need and each of them couldn't accommodate my needs for a variety of reasons. After advocating for myself and my wisdom teeth getting progressively worse, I found Dr. Peter Protzel & his staff, who were able to do my surgery in the hospital setting I needed. His incredible staff worked with my insurance company to get the surgery approved through my health insurance. It's been a little over 1 week post op and I'm back to my regular self, no more swelling, and the recovery was much better than I expected. Dr. Protzel in my eyes, was the only oral surgeon that actually was able to have empathy for my complex situation and I'm thankful for him and his staff's dedication to my health. I needed extractions, complex bone grafts and implants to fix the damage from failed root canals done by another doctor. Not an easy procedure to get right, but Dr. Protzel did a wonderful job with skill and compassion. From the moment I booked my first appointment with his ultra friendly assistant Karen through the actual procedures, Dr. Protzel and his staff couldn't have been more caring and professional. Pricing is clear and upfront with no shenanigans as I've experienced elsewhere, and all follow-up visits are included. The office runs on time and Dr. Protzel has the latest technology in his office including 3D scans. Being a coward I opted for anesthesia for the extractions and that went perfectly too.
