I normally don't post reviews but this is the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. If…read moreyou choose to go here be very mindful of what you are paying for and if you have to set up payments really pay close attention to how much they are taking. I went for my bi-annual exam which is normally covered by my insurance 100%. They ended up doing a bunch of extra stuff and billed me $254.00, $50 is my deductible I paid that day. Then they showed that I owed $204 and set up a payment plan of $50 a month because I was not prepared to pay such a large balance that day. After insurance processed the claim I really only owed $191.60 total or $141.60 after my deductible was already paid. So I should have only had 2 payments of $50 and then the balance of $41.60 for the 3rd month taken from my account. As of right now they have taken $150 and still have 2 more payments scheduled to take from my bank another $50 then the $4 because they are still trying to collect $254.00 , which it should be $191.60. To me this is stealing. I have insurance for a reason and I expect to get 2 free cleaning a year if additional work needs to be done it needs to be discussed after my cleaning, then I can get a quote discuss with my insurance and do what is necessary at a future date. I feel like I didn't even get my free cleaning because I ended up being charged for it. They made me very uncomfortable with the extra work that was done, and after the cleaning normally you get your teeth polished didn't even happen, so they did not even complete the cleaning as far as I am concerned. I don't think they care about their patients at all just trying to collect as much money from you as they possibly can, then double dipping and being paid by the insurance as well.

I went for a cleaning forced to get other treatments instead of what was discussed. Forced to pay…read moreon appointment day even though wasn't a discussion. I was then billed twice for same day appointment. The. received another bill for more money. Poor customer service. Dentist was horrible. Do not go here. Especially if you might have any possible underlying conditions. They will take advantage of you and over charge you! Total rip off. Felt completely out of control, judged and trapped.

Has to be the greatest dentist ever. Dr. Broylesl made me feel comfortable, I get a little anxious…read morewhen going to the dentist, I don't always go as often as I should. I thought it would be a lot worse than it was. I went in for the cleaning and knew I had work I needed done, but we are spreading it out to make it easier to handle. She also takes my insurance which helps alot. She was able to fix my front tooth when I was there for the cleaning. No dentist is painless, but this one is pretty close. Thank you to her office for making my stress easier to handle.

OMG.... Stay away from this place. Absolutely a nightmare. They haven't a clue what they are doing…read moreand the dentist gal is a hag. She was rude and very unprofessional. I took my son there for a simple cleaning and check up to see how his teeth were doing. NON of the equipment worked. They screwed up the panoramic X-ray. It didn't even develop. Whatever laptop / camera they use didn't work. And on top of it all it was a complete cluster. No one knew what they were doing. I witnessed them taking X-rays of a women who was obviously pregnant with no lead vest. Not that I know that would help. They cleaned my sons teeth in less then five minutes. Burned his lip with the tool. Plus dug her nails into his gums and cheek. Poor guy was hurting when we left. My son has a tooth that needs extracted, the dentist said oh she could do it. I was like ok but is it going to be easy or should he be put under. She literally kept repeating "it is what it is" over and over to all my questions. I was so pissed when we left I couldn't believe this office was legally opened in the US. It totally made me think of a dentist office in Mexico. The interior of the building looks run down and scary. The lights were mostly off. Even in the teenie tiny waiting area. Your knees literally would touch the person across from you if your not careful. Im not kidding here folks. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE. The only reason I didn't walk out immediately was because it was the closest place that took my sons dental insurance. He is on state medical due to my divorce. So sad to think other people might fall into this situation due to locality. Trust me I will drive my son to the city to find quality care before I ever let these nuts touch him again.
