I normally don't post reviews but this is the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. If…read moreyou choose to go here be very mindful of what you are paying for and if you have to set up payments really pay close attention to how much they are taking. I went for my bi-annual exam which is normally covered by my insurance 100%. They ended up doing a bunch of extra stuff and billed me $254.00, $50 is my deductible I paid that day. Then they showed that I owed $204 and set up a payment plan of $50 a month because I was not prepared to pay such a large balance that day. After insurance processed the claim I really only owed $191.60 total or $141.60 after my deductible was already paid. So I should have only had 2 payments of $50 and then the balance of $41.60 for the 3rd month taken from my account. As of right now they have taken $150 and still have 2 more payments scheduled to take from my bank another $50 then the $4 because they are still trying to collect $254.00 , which it should be $191.60. To me this is stealing. I have insurance for a reason and I expect to get 2 free cleaning a year if additional work needs to be done it needs to be discussed after my cleaning, then I can get a quote discuss with my insurance and do what is necessary at a future date. I feel like I didn't even get my free cleaning because I ended up being charged for it. They made me very uncomfortable with the extra work that was done, and after the cleaning normally you get your teeth polished didn't even happen, so they did not even complete the cleaning as far as I am concerned. I don't think they care about their patients at all just trying to collect as much money from you as they possibly can, then double dipping and being paid by the insurance as well.

I went for a cleaning forced to get other treatments instead of what was discussed. Forced to pay…read moreon appointment day even though wasn't a discussion. I was then billed twice for same day appointment. The. received another bill for more money. Poor customer service. Dentist was horrible. Do not go here. Especially if you might have any possible underlying conditions. They will take advantage of you and over charge you! Total rip off. Felt completely out of control, judged and trapped.

I recently had gotten my teeth whitened and Mrs. Sonia made me feel very comfortable and at home. She was very attentive and met my needs during the process. Even the checking-out process was easy. However, because of a few times that I had to cancel (meaning TWO), I was cancelled as a patient. These were things that were out of my control and I cannot see in to the future to know that I will not be able to get a ride there. I cannot take the gas, so I had to get valium, which THEY said I could not be seen driving myself there. And when I called to see if my appointment was still open on the day that I apparently got charged the 2nd no show fee (bc my ride was now available), they said "No, it's a 3 hour block and it's been filled". So, what is the problem here. They are getting $50 (prepaid) from me and whatever they're getting from the people they filled the appointment with. Then, suddenly I'm the problem and cannot be seen any longer. This is also while I am paying on the dental work I had not even received yet. That was my decision to pay ahead. Then, when I asked when do I get my money back since I'm cancelled as a patient...SUDDENLY, I was hit with TWO $50 no show fees. I told them both times that I couldn't make it as soon as I knew I couldn't. So, DO NOT PAY AHEAD FOLKS!!

I called over way too many times and left countless amounts voicemails and always got their machine and never a call back. I had made a few 40mins trips down there for them to tell me "We submitted it!" But never seeing anything process with insurance WEEKS later. When me and some family went back for the last time, we made them print off a pice of paper with all the information missing and submitted ourselves and suddenly it was getting processed. Their website is not accurate or descriptive to know when they're open, they never communicated accurate information, I don't think they actually tried to fix anything, never called back, don't have any information about them because there's not a website with any information on them, and are an experienced office but forget to have paperwork signed for? I don't expected to be treated like royalty, but I at least expect communication and they couldn't even do that when I had reached out. I only got the problem solved when I physically got the information and submitted it to insurance via email and saw results almost instantly. Not professional and not personable.
