I needed help renting my house after it was listed for over 2 months with no leads. As soon as I contacted the Jorgenson Group, they connected me immediately with Jackee, who was ready to work with me to update pictures for my rental as well as evaluate the current status of the listing. Her advice was super valuable, as was her entire demeanor. She was professional and to the point in all her observations. She refreshed the listing, and within 2 weeks, I had showings and soon after, an offer. It only took about 3 weeks to get the unit rented with Jackee. I cannot express enough my gratitude and positive experience I had working with her. She gave me weekly updates, revisited the listing with me, and tweaked things as needed. She was engaged and focused on getting the house rented. I had worked with realtors before, but it was hard to find someone who put excitement into my listing, as I understand there is not a lot of commission in rentals. However, Jackee treated this as a priority from the beginning, and from the customer's point of view, it made me feel at ease knowing I was working with someone who gave it time and the attention it needed.

The thought of purchasing my first home had me riddled with anxiety and questions for several years. I have no doubt that had I gotten in touch with Ian sooner, I could have spared myself a lot of additional trouble that he sailed through with familiarity and ease. Please ask Ian for my contact info if you want more specific examples of my claims. I highly recommend Brandon to anyone looking to purchase a home. Extended Review: Brandon met with us and showed us many properties that fit within our budget and were what we were looking for. After a bit of searching, we found a great new home build in which we were satisfied with. We had quite a few hiccups when it came to our billing. Item after item popped up and it made us quite anxious. There were multiple times where we thought that we might have to wait and buy a home at a later date. Brandon was there though with ideas, ways to deal with our issues creatively, and to help us get our home NOW instead of later. We were so thrilled when we were finally able to close on our home. If you thought this was the end of the review, no no no. There is ever more craziness that is about to unfold!! Our builder had an initial delay but it was no issue. Brandon let us know and with a lot of time in advance to prepare, it was fine. The day before our appointment (as we were purchasing out of state) we flew on the day before. As we were waiting for our next flight, we got a call from Brandon. The builders had delayed it again! Not even a day before letting us know!! With some annoyance, we rescheduled but once again Brandon was fighting for us. He reached out to the builders and fought for us to get additional benefits and even got us our closing cost reduced. Overall, I cannot thank Brandon enough for all the hard work, determination, and perseverance throughout our buying experience. He's definitely someone who will get you into your home!! 100% recommend!!

Scott's knowledge of the market, local area, and comparable properties was immediately evident. He came prepared, priced the property strategically, and his expertise clearly contributed to a fast, smooth sale with no hiccups along the way. What also set Scott apart was his communication. He was consistently responsive (even on Sundays) and proactive throughout the entire process, keeping us informed and ahead of every decision, exactly what you want when selling an investment property. We would recommend Scott without hesitation to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and results-driven realtor.

Scott was referred to me by several friends, all of whom were very happy working with him on their sale and purchases, and I can see why. We started our conversation with Scott very early; he came to our house talked through the market, interest rates, factors impacting the market, did a quick walkthrough and made recommendations on fixes, adjustments, changes we could make, really arming us with the knowledge on what it would take to sell our house. If this wasn't enough, we actually contracted Scott to sell my mom's home down the road, which he was able to do in just under 15 days. We took his recommendations on fixes, his recommendations on suppliers/vendors, and on price. During a particularly tough time to sell, he made it happen, which really built a lot of confidence in my wife and I when it came time to selling our house. Once again, we followed his lead while looking at a bunch of homes to consider for ourselves. And once again, we were able to sell our place in about 15 to 20 days while still finding our new home. Our new home was a bit of challenge but Scott was up for it, walking us through the steps and things came down to the wire, but he pulled through, even while being out of the area on the final days. Working with Scott was an absolute pleasure - he is professional, asks questions to understand your priorities, communicates exceptionally well, is timely in his responses and is willing to say what needs to be said, even if its unpopular. He is always looking out for you as a buyer/seller and not the commisions he will potenitally earn. There's a reason he's one of the top brokers in the area. Read no more. Go call Scott. Now.
