As first time home buyers, we worked with other real estate agents that didn't seem to have the drive and expertise that Jeff has. He worked with us every step of the way and took the time to go above and beyond to understand what we wanted and needed in a home. He was patient while teaching us the steps we needed during the home buying process. We have referred him to family and friends, and we hope to be able to use him whether it is buying or selling again in the near future. That changed immediately when we got in touch with Nick. The second we decided to switch, he picked up the phone and was ready to go. He had us set up with a search portal right away, and when I sent him homes we were interested in, he had a whole tour of six houses lined up by the next day. He even printed everything out in a nice folder and sent us a Google Maps route of all the homes we were seeing. The level of thought and prep made the whole day smooth and stress-free. When he wasn't available to show a property (the one we ended up renting!), he made sure we had someone else we could trust to go with. Even while traveling, he stayed on top of everything--helping us get our application in quickly and making sure the lease was handled without a hitch. Nick made the entire process easy and reassuring. He was extremely responsive, had a strong sense of urgency, and was just so thoughtful in every part of the experience. He even made a point to show up to properties before us to get a feel for them and be ready to answer any questions. We're so happy in our new home and truly have Nick to thank for that. We'll absolutely work with him again!

I never had to wait more than an hour or two for his follow-up and he handled all action items immediately and with a smile. Our friends referred Sean to us after he helped them find their dream house. Tomorrow will be exactly one year from when we found our dream home in far south Austin, just listed that day and already toured three times before we squeezed in before the cut-off hour on a weeknight to see it. We knew instantly that we wanted it. Being first time home buyers, Sean coached us through the process, from making the first offer (that very day, day 0 on the market!), to submitting an escalation clause when we inevitably had to fight for the house against another offer, and all the many steps after that to close. We could reach him any time, day or night, with a text or a call. The convenience of digital signature forms kept the process moving and we closed within a month of making our offer. The process, though nerve wracking at times, was incredibly painless thanks to Sean's diligence, guidance and again, EXTREME PATIENCE with our million questions. He went above and beyond what we expected a realtor would and should do. He's incredibly knowledgeable about the neighborhoods throughout south Austin and taught us a few things about the development we moved into. He has since recommended a few contractors and vendors to help with home repairs, so his help continues to this day. If you're looking for a personable, honest and hard working realtor to guide you through the home search and buying process, I wholeheartedly recommend Sean McCormack.

My wife and completed our home buying odyssey in 2011... a long saga with tales of good and evil…read moreleading to a moment like no other... a brave new world, our home. In the not so distant past, evil Realtor overlords dominated the housing horizon. Time and again, we tried to shed these dream oppressors, but alas they seemed to be at every home purchase. Then came Sean... a seemingly unassuming, small town boy with big city dreams. While wandering away from his quaint village of "New York", he stumbled upon a strange, new, and decidedly weird world known as Austin. He sought a different path, one that only became clearer over time. By channeling his spirit in this sparse, south by southwestern community he found his calling... place people in their homes. Nurtured by the Austin oasis, this lone rebel fought the evil Empire for us. Our young warrior was not afraid to turn in a low bid or stand up to the dogmatic forces of proper real estate etiquette. "All they can say is no," said the boy as he became a master. From the vast hilly desert of SW Austin, through the hills and up to the highlands, Sean fought the good fight to put us in a home. Along the way, he dealt adamantly with real estate riffraff and fought for the little guy, establishing himself as a Realtor of the people. Now, as we move on to the next chapter in our lives, we'll forever be grateful to the agent who said "Those electrical boxes will catch on fire!" and "I wouldn't want a rat to fall on your face" and "Got you a free water heater." Truly a man of distinction. Thank you Sean Austin, and godspeed.

So you can imagine that the stress level had the potential to run high. Enter Toddy Bee! Todd made this process easy and comfortable. No matter our concerns, he was there every step of the way. We were always kept "in the loop" and he always, ALWAYS, followed up with us. Two things that stood out the very most (there are many) is that we NEVER felt pressured to make a move on anything we were not 100% sure of, and his patience with us. He never rushed the process, he was not going to let us do anything we were not going to be absolutely happy with. Todd spent an hour with us discussing our situation and came across as savvy, knowledgeable, well-resourced, confident, realistic and patient. He kept in touch occasionally in the succeeding months and, when we decided to go forward, worked with us to develop a sales plan, immediately producing a contractor who began work on the property. When a buyer expressed interest, Todd helped facilitate the loan. The sale itself went through without a hitch, largely because of Todd's support team ("The Todd Squad"), which expertly coordinated the various players, made sure all the paperwork was completed accurately, and kept things on schedule. Todd and his team are a formidable force--any seller would be very fortunate to retain them. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Brandon to anyone looking to purchase a home. Extended Review: Brandon met with us and showed us many properties that fit within our budget and were what we were looking for. After a bit of searching, we found a great new home build in which we were satisfied with. We had quite a few hiccups when it came to our billing. Item after item popped up and it made us quite anxious. There were multiple times where we thought that we might have to wait and buy a home at a later date. Brandon was there though with ideas, ways to deal with our issues creatively, and to help us get our home NOW instead of later. We were so thrilled when we were finally able to close on our home. If you thought this was the end of the review, no no no. There is ever more craziness that is about to unfold!! Our builder had an initial delay but it was no issue. Brandon let us know and with a lot of time in advance to prepare, it was fine. The day before our appointment (as we were purchasing out of state) we flew on the day before. As we were waiting for our next flight, we got a call from Brandon. The builders had delayed it again! Not even a day before letting us know!! With some annoyance, we rescheduled but once again Brandon was fighting for us. He reached out to the builders and fought for us to get additional benefits and even got us our closing cost reduced. Overall, I cannot thank Brandon enough for all the hard work, determination, and perseverance throughout our buying experience. He's definitely someone who will get you into your home!! 100% recommend!!

He knew exactly what we needed to do submit a winning bid in this crazy housing market. Despite his absolutely spotless advice, we made offers on homes that weren't as high as he recommended. We lost out on two houses with 30+ bids because we didn't heed his advice to the letter. On the third home, we did what he said and our offer was selected amongst many others that were equally competitive. Throughout this process, Alex was kind and accommodating. He wrote multiple offers. He amended them. He wrote offers requesting we be the backup offer. He scheduled same-day visits when homes came on the market. He responded to late night texts and early morning emails. After our bid was accepted, he continued to work on our behalf consulting and coordinating with our lender, insurance provider, and title company. When they had a question for us, he provided it on our behalf in minutes if he had the answer. He sent us reminders well in advance of every critical step in the process to ensure we didn't forget a deadline or signature. After closing, he continued to represent us and follow up on any questions or issues we had. If you're serious about getting into a house and have the means to make competitive offers, Alex will work around the clock to make sure nothing short of another buyer's offer stands in the way of you getting the house you want.

Scott was referred to me by several friends, all of whom were very happy working with him on their sale and purchases, and I can see why. We started our conversation with Scott very early; he came to our house talked through the market, interest rates, factors impacting the market, did a quick walkthrough and made recommendations on fixes, adjustments, changes we could make, really arming us with the knowledge on what it would take to sell our house. If this wasn't enough, we actually contracted Scott to sell my mom's home down the road, which he was able to do in just under 15 days. We took his recommendations on fixes, his recommendations on suppliers/vendors, and on price. During a particularly tough time to sell, he made it happen, which really built a lot of confidence in my wife and I when it came time to selling our house. Once again, we followed his lead while looking at a bunch of homes to consider for ourselves. And once again, we were able to sell our place in about 15 to 20 days while still finding our new home. Our new home was a bit of challenge but Scott was up for it, walking us through the steps and things came down to the wire, but he pulled through, even while being out of the area on the final days. Working with Scott was an absolute pleasure - he is professional, asks questions to understand your priorities, communicates exceptionally well, is timely in his responses and is willing to say what needs to be said, even if its unpopular.
