The water wasn't too hot either. After fifteen minutes of gel-Topia she put salt in the soak and turned it back to water! Woah...what?! So neat. The pedicure wasn't in a chair but I was able to lie back on a massage table and she worked on my feet. I was also given an eye mask so I could relax even more. This made me feel pampered and she talked to me, actually had a conversation with me. This made me feel like my business mattered to her and made me feel good too. I answered a questionnaire about my skin/skincare routine. Aria, the aesthetician, came to the tranquility room and showed me to the procedure room. She went over my questionnaire with me and explained the procedure in detail. After prepping my skin, she detailed each step, made sure I was comfortable, answered questions I had, and gave me post peel instructions with a 7 day skincare system. After two days, the redness dissipated and my face is brighter, has less texture, diminished fine lines, my melasma appeared lighter, and my face has a radiant glow.
