Take a break from the usual ramen or sushi fares that many of us have grown to love. Instead try another hallmark Japanese culinary specialty--the curry rice.
At Eri Curry, their menu marries favorite Japanese items like katsu (fried pork cutlets), ebi (prawn) tempura, and gyoza with thick flavorful curry gravy poured over rice. You can choose the serving size of your rice and the spiciness of the curry. One thing's for sure, they add an overflowing amount of curry in every order. Don't worry, their curry is right to the palate, without that unmistakable bitter or burning aftertaste that gets caught in the throat. I always order the omurice curry, that's steamed rice wrapped in folded omelette which is then drizzled with--you guessed it--curry.

The place is good to visit at lunchtime or dinnertime. Mall parking is available or you could take the MRT, bus, shuttle, or taxi to get to SM Megamall. read more
