After telling us she has never seen something like this, 2 weeks later she has her employee call us to inform us that the claim was denied from the manufacture. Had to cough up another $1000 for a similar replacement. I understand how all this works from 40 plus years in a retail environment. She went on to explain she is a (for profit business) ... isn't every business???? We spent $6500 first time around,, then a $1000.00 more. Just has to make profit both times?????? If this has never happened before then why not make an exception and give up a little profit on the claim and treat locals understandably?? I begged to agree with $900.00.
