The furniture selection was quite large and the houseware sections had everything you could ever need or want. The prices were a little high in my opinion but, it is more of a specialty store. So that is to be expected. The Ace hardware side has everything a hardware store should have and more. It was well stocked and organized. The staff were helpful and polite. We will stop here again when we need something!

This was our first time to deal with TP&F. We live in Bryan, but drove to Navasota to see the…read moreselections of Speed Queen washers/dryers since our Samsung washer went out. Joe K. Fultz gave us a great overview of the reasons to go with Speed Queen, and pay the extra cost. We were sold; his wife Monica gave me a rundown on how she uses hers for the best uses. We feel we made an investment, rather than a purchase. We were told they could deliver within 2 days. We were told of the warranty and how they deal with any issues that come up during that warranty time (and beyond). Today, our washer and dryer were delivered. The installers called before they arrived; they had a very long day and had covered a lot of miles; yet they were so friendly and got on the job of disconnecting and removing the old ones and installing the new ones. Afterwards, Joe C. gave us a demonstration on using the machines before he left. He and his partner were so friendly and professional. I am totally sold with using TP&F in the future for any appliance purchases!

8.3.23 Not my favorite Walmart to visit…read more My trip today was less than 3 minutes. I remembered where the item was I can in for, grabbed it and headed to the cashier. The cashier did not say one word to the gentlemen in front of me nor did she say anything to me either. I told her Thank you and have a nice day as I do everywhere I visit. Still nothing. ‍ Will stop here again when I have to but would not make a special trip to this Walmart. (This location is very tiny and needs some TLC)

I went to Walmart Navasota Tx to return 2 lawn chairs I ordered online. I received them on Oct 17 &…read more18th, put them on my porch, but a few days later I realized they were very uncomfortable! I boxed them and took to Navasota. Caucasian lady, couldn't help so she got this short, black lady, long bk wig, split down the center! Her attitude was negative towards me when she walked up. Had me to take both out of the boxes(not small items, I'm 70) so she could inspect, complained about string hanging from a seam, they were dusty. Then she called, a manager‍, who she ran to, to give her opinion before reaching me! So he says, "you can speak to another manager", I'm waiting, then he said "he's not in today‍, I refuse this return!" Monday I took the same items to Brenham Tx Walmart! Sweet cashier, view purchased on my cell, didn't ask me to un-box them, only asked if anything was wrong with them, I told her they were beautiful, but uncomfortable, she didn't even want to look in the box‍! Refund in 5 minute! It was an ONLINE PURCHASE, even if I had returned the order in pieces, it was none of the "wig wearers business!" I was not happy because she took things personal, she don't own the store and she has her position & roles mixed up! I also felt like she had this hold over her co-workers because they acted scared to speak up or give their opinions! She's probably one who cries racism all the time! I am a brown American, not being racist, but she treated me wrong, I was pissed, she was totally out of line! Someone needs to correct her!

They are not knowledgeable on why charges where added or follow no set protocol. The turnover for staff is ridiculous every other month it's completely different people. The account manager is a joke that doesn't comprehend the word customer service. If you call good luck getting your issue resolved. Even better luck getting off of hold. I finally gave in and filed a formal complaint because it's just ridiculous. If you can please avoid this location. They have a history of poor customer service and disorganization.
