We contacted Ergeon for a fence project and in the beginning everything was great and they were really responsive. Once everything was passed to the PM it has been downhill. We NEVER hear back. I have no clue what's happening with our project or if they have forgotten about us. Every time I call the PM is busy and they assure me he will call me back but he never does. We are beyond frustrated and have lost confidence in this company. Now my fear is if there is something wrong with the fence then we will most definitely never hear from them. I have been in the fence process for almost a year now. With neighbors, maneuvering dates and payments and everything can be a little difficult. I reached out last year and Kelly worked with me to get a quote quickly so I could compare to other companies. Their price is great, and their customer service is even better. I was waiting for one neighbor to get on board and she would check in to see how it was going. When I had to tell her we had to delay it, she was incredibly understanding. I reached out again last week and she worked with me to view different fence styles. I sent all the information to my neighbor (who is out of state so it makes it so much more fun) so he could ask his questions too and Kelly was incredible. My neighbor called me the next day ready to do the project and agreed that she was more than helpful. I was so thankful for her to take over that part so we could finally get the fence done. We quickly got the quote to go through and she said she was going to hand me off to the next part but I could reach out to her if I needed help. I was expecting a couple weeks (timelines are wonky because of covid) and was satisfied that at least it would be done soon. I received a call in two days by Ricardo. Seriously this companies turn around is amazing. He was also incredibly nice and informative. I'm excited to get this fence up and done and get rid of the eyesore fence that hasn't been replaced since our house was built. Nearly 40 years. The workmanship is wonderful and we have already received many compliments about it. They never left any parts open overnight and let me know each time they left. I am updating my previous review of 3 stars to 4 stars, as I just learned today that Ergeon is sending a refund for the small project fee. _________________________ (written previously) I had two projects done recently by Ergeon - a new wood fence (53 feet, 6' high) and two chain link gates. The end product on both is great. I'm very happy with the fence and the gates. They completed in one day. They were responsive to our requests to adjust their work area, etc. My Project Manager was Ezequiel Anaya, and he was great at letting me know what was happening with the project. I would give a higher rating, but there is one thing that bothered me enough to change my feeling. I started this project with just the two gates, so the quote included a small project fee. That's fine. I understand the "cost" of small projects to a larger company. However, there was an unexpected delay due to difficulty finding the necessary materials. By the time they found the gate parts, I was ready to do my other project which was to replace a wood fence. We were able to get the quote for that portion and ultimately, do both parts of my project on the same day. Because they quoted the projects separately, even though they did the work on the very same day, I still had to pay the small project fee. They couldn't combine the projects together in their system in order to relieve me of the extra I paid for the initial part being too small. This seems like an administrative issue that should have been solvable. I asked for help on this issue from the Quote Manager before the work was done and then from the Project Manager afterwards. I received no satisfactory explanation from either about why they couldn't remove that fee. It is my own fault that I didn't demand clarity before they did the construction, so I essentially authorized this charge. The small project fee ended up being $275 on a combined project that was worth about $4800. I paid the two bills and will let it go. While the quality of the work was great, this lack of understandable response to an administrative issue left me with a bad taste. read more

We contacted Ergeon and had a virtual walk through with the design/sale person Victor, this guy was awesome!!! He help us with the design portion of the fence, answered all our question in a professional matter and made sure he was in contact with us every step of the way. He provided us with an initial quote, stating this might change after the actual walk through. My wife and I felt really good about doing business with this company and dealing with Victor we knew we made the right choice. And then came the handoff to the PM, it seems like day and night. The PM didn't contact us for about a week, after finally reaching out to us he stating he will contact the installer to make a walk through. So fast forward going on a month from our first contact with Ergon, yesterday the installers came and did the walk through. Besides saying "Hi and here's the fence", there was no communication from the installers. And now we are waiting for a revise quote because now concrete has to be broken on my neighbors side. There's other stuff I left out of this review but now we are losing our confidence with Ergeon, and all we want is our fence to be fixed due to the pass rain storms. So now we are looking into other quotes, but the saga continues with Ergeon. We'll see what happens next. read more

I requested a fencing quote from Ergeon via Yelp. I received a quick response from Frank Padilla the same day. On the same day I was able to video conference with Frank on my phone and showed him our project site. He responded with a quote within 4 business days that was detailed and priced very well. In his estimate he included all his observations of the work site and itemized budget for precautionary things such as searching for underground irrigation lines before they accidentally cause damage. I will say we decided not to use Ergeon but for no fault of their own; we simply chose to do the project ourselves. However, I was very impressed by their quick response and honest and professional approach to site review and pricing. If I did not have the time to do the project myself I would surely gone with Ergeon. read more
