I've been going to see Dr. Erdman for little over a month and I gotta say.. amazing! This was my first ever chiropractor experience and both he and his wife knew I super nervous. I immediately felt at ease, he explained everything that he was doing and why and what the reason certain parts (like my neck) hurt or my shoulder, etc. after my first appt, I felt great! But I also know there is a lot of work to do!! had no ideas how much damage I had done to my body with riding motorcycles, playing on my quads, sitting at my desk 7+hours a day, working out, amongst other everyday things. I've never seen Dr. Erdman until today. I call in for an appointment on Monday due to some pretty uncomfortable lower back pressure and pelvis discomfort. So friendly and amazing. I've never been so comfortable being at an appointment. Dr. Erdman gave me a full adjustment and .... WOW... I didn't know I could crack like that. I also never thought it would release sooo much tension. I barley had to tell him what was going on he could see the tension in my back just looking at me. I lift a lot of heavy weights and sometimes I break my body down too much. I needed some ART work done on my wrist and forearm for an injury/tedonitus. If you do not know what Active Release Tension is, please look it up because it is what the top strength coaches use for their athletes. I looked for a practitioner here in Norcal and I found Dr. Erdman. He is also a Chiropractor. I have never been to a chiropractor before so it was a new experience. Well I had the best experience ever. Before I had a lot of pain and could not even shake someone's hand without pain. After the first treatment of ART, my pain reduction was about 50%. The second treatment, I was at 90% at full function. Now after the 3rd treatment, I am about 99% full function without pain. All in a period of 1 week. I have had these injuries before (too many times to count) and it has always been a longer healing time frame (6-8 weeks) so ART definitely works. Also being a first timer being a chiropractic patient, I know my body is more aligned and I feel better. After the first adjustment, I felt like a sense of well being that is hard to describe. My right arm is usually the weaker arm but now it felt just as strong as my left now. Great stuff! I highly recommend Dr. Erdman. He definitely help get my body in a path of healing at a fast rate. My husband has been seeing Dr Erdman for years off and on. He has said that I should go once in awhile but I was afraid of going. Love this chriopractor. I used to think they were all nonsense. I have had issues with a scatica nerve in the back since I was 19. Have made several trips to doctors over the years. Dr. Erdman and his staff are terrific. I've been going there for about 4-5 years. At first it was weekly, then every few weeks. Dr. Erdman was successful in curing the main problem I had and now I go once every six months to keep my spine in shape unless a problem arises between appointments. BEST Chiropractor around! I've been going to him for over 12 years and he has helped me more than I could ever thank him. I originally started going to him for horrible lower back pain. Over time he has helped me overcome it and feel normal again. I always say if it wasn't for Dr. Erdman I wouldn't be able to walk! He knows what he is doing, but you must listen, follow his advice and follow through on your end. My back wasn't fixed over night but was much better than getting hooked on prescription drugs and not fixing the problem. At first it was 2 to 3 times a week for treatment (which by the way is way more than just snap, crackle, pop! He really works with your muscle, tissues, laser and does a zone treatment for gentle care when your in pain), then once I started getting better it eased back to once a week to once a month and now I go in when I feel I need an update or am having any kind of pain. Ever since I started going to him, he now is always my go to doctor for everything! LOL! If I have a pain or feel out of wack I go to him first to see if he can fix me, and he usually does!
